Despite specifying two people on the website and in messages, and despite booking a double room, they charged an extra 10 Euros per day for the second person accompanying me, totaling 40 Euros for four nights. However, the website stated the price for four nights was only 9 Euros. Overall, the hotel was not clean; there were insects in the room.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Alles was super! Hotel is mooit en schoon. Enorme dank aan de heer Khalil. De heer Khalil is uitstekend en hij is heel lief. Hij heeft ons geholpen en wij waarderen de heer Khalil enorm. Wij komen zeker nog een terug naar dit hotel zodra we in Istanbul zijn. Dank u wel meneer Khalil.
The hotel location is very good. It’s about 5-10 mins climb through the stairs which gives access to metro station and the main street full of shopping and eating options. Taxi is also available and can be arranged. The hotel is modern and new, the cleanliness was superb. Both my room and the bathroom were spotlessly clean including the towels and the bed linens. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was well equipped with a fridge, kettle and safe. Slippers were also available and bottle of water is delivered everyday which is very convenient. Wi-fi was excellent.
Staff always available and very friendly. Particularly, I would like to thank Mr. Khalil for his kindness and positive attitude, ready to fulfill any request. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay and highly recommend the hotel to all type of travelers.

Il y a beaucoup de dénivelé pour partir de l’hôtel , il faut prendre un taxi pour se rendre à n’importe quel endroit malgré sa proximité de taksim

الفندق في منحدر لما تبي تتوجه لمحطة الميترو والشارع الرئيسي فيه صعود متعب
اشكر جميع الموظفين وطاقم العمل طيبين جدا ويساعدونك بكل شي و انا اخذت لوحدي غرفة وصديقي بغرفة وناسبتنا تماما والجواز والفلوس مرمية ف الخزنة ماحد قربها ولا فتحو الغرفة نهائيا لسبب حطيت الضوء الاحمر عدم الازعاج بس عجبني الامانه عندكم شكرا لكم
