Pros:

Triple room was very spacious and comfortable.It was a quiet location , yet close to the market and the metro station . Breakfast was very good . Most of the staff is rude and unhelpful except Irakali , who was extremely helpful and gracious, knew fluent English.

The room is very spacious and clean. Breakfast is great. Only 10 min walk to the center. Very close to markets and restaurants. Staff are very friendly and helpfull. Highly recommended

Das Hotel ist im Industriestyle gehalten, sehr minimalistisch. Es war sauber und ordentlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit einer großzügigen Terrasse. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich. Der junge Mann an der Rezeption hat uns mehrfach geholfen mit Buchungen. Das war super.
Leider hat es die ganze Zeit im Zimmer gemüffelt. Eine Badewanne ohne Duschkabine ist nicht so toll. Gerade für ältere Gäste gestaltet sich der Ein- und Ausstieg als eher schwierig.

Pros:

Excellent location, 5 mins walk to Avlabari metro station. Very clean rooms with balcony and great spread of breakfast including cereals, variety of eggs, breads, fruits, juices, cakes and what not. Friendly staff and very helpful. Highly recommended.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. We arrived early and they were really hospitable and they accepted our requests. The receptionist was very helpful. Our was very spacious and comfy and the cathedral view was cool also we liked the breakfast. The variety was really good.I would recommend the hotel to my friends❤️

Pros:

What I like most in this hotel are the staff, specifically Armen and Irakly. They are very accommodating and easy to approach. They help you all through out the stay. They will assist you whenever you need assistance. I booked for included breakfast, the variation of food is not so much but they will make sure that you will be satisfied of their service and food. I appreciate our Baba George who pick us up from Airport and serve as our tour guide. One phone call away and soon he will be on time to help us. Thank you Guys. I like our stay. Location is very good. Baba George is highly recommended.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay in this very new hotel. The hotel has a wonderful roof terrace, where you can oversee the whole city. The reception staff not only friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel any time.
