الاقامه سيئ جدا ، الحمامات مافيهم شطاف فيهم شطاف الالكتروني وغير عملي ومؤذي ، اسعار الاكل جدا مبالغ فيها 3 اشخاص طلبنا روم سيرفيس تقريبا الحساب 70 دينار كويتي ، المصبغة لاحد يتسخدمها نهائيا سيئ سيئ سيئ 3 ثياب كوي كان الحساب 200 ريال قطري ، والتيشيرت الاسود خربوه وتغير لونه الى بني وطلبت منهم يرجعون فلوس لان عقب مادفعت عطوني اياه
I had an exceptional stay at Andaz Doha. Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was beautifully designed, spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious with premium finishes, and the sea view made the stay even more enjoyable. Every detail of the hotel reflects quality, elegance, and comfort.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing an unforgettable guest experience. Their professionalism and warm attitude made me feel at home from the moment I arrived.
A very special thank you to Mr. Abdulatif for his exceptional hospitality and outstanding service. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made a lasting impression.
I highly recommend Andaz Doha to anyone visiting Qatar. It is one of the best hotel experiences I have had, and I will definitely be returning in the future.

I like the sea view , the food was very nice , the room was comfortable and cozy , and the service it was very good
This was the only disappointment. By the time we entered there before 10 am, most of dishes got finished. It was too crowded too..though staff were managing exceptionally well and giving room for us.
فندق راقي هادئ انيق ، لديه اطلالة بحرية جميلة ، ديكوراتها مبتكرة ، اثاثها نظيف وجديد ، الطاقم لطيف جدا ومتعاون ، البوفيه جميل فيه جودة بدون زحمة ، الحمام كبير ومقسم بشكل احترافي كل شي فيه منظم ، وكذلك اعجبني السعر بالعرض مع دخول مبكر الساعة 11 ص ! و الخروج المتأخر حتى 3 م ! ، انا لا احتفل باعياد الميلاد لكن صادف تاريخ دخولنا ميلاد احد المرافقين واكتشف موظفة الكاونتر ذلك من البطاقة الشخصية ، ودون طلب منا ارسلت لنا كعكة صغيرة مع بطاقة ، الصور في بوكنج مثل الحقيقة
قد لا يعجب البعض :
-المرحاض الكتروني مع شطاف داخلي وتحكم الي بالقوة والحركة والتنشيف وقوة الضغط ، لايوجد شطاف يدوي
- نظام ابواب الحمامات بدون اقفال
- سكنا الفندق وكانت حرارة الخارجية 50 والتكييف جيد ، لكن من تعود على النوم بنظام التبريد القوي قد لايعجبه

The stay was excellent and different in every detail. The room, view, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere were amazing. Special thanks to Mohamed at the reception for his professional attitude, warm welcome, and outstanding support throughout our stay.
Nothing major. Everything was smooth and enjoyable
The bedroom was clean and tidy. Pool was lovely and staff at the poolside were great.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay.
Throughout the night, there was constant loud noise coming from the room next door, which made it very difficult to get any rest. To make matters worse, housekeeping entered my room without permission while I was half-dressed, which was both embarrassing and completely unacceptable.
I raised these concerns with the manager, Abdou, but was disappointed by his response. He appeared uninterested in resolving the issues and offered no meaningful goodwill gesture. The only solution suggested was a discounted rate for a future stay, which I did not find appropriate given the circumstances. I paid for a comfortable and professional experience and did not receive one.
The breakfast experience was also very poor. The dining area was so overcrowded that guests were being directed to eat in the lounge because there was no available seating. The quality of the breakfast itself was disappointing as well.
Overall, I found both the housekeeping standards and management response unacceptable. Rather than addressing my concerns seriously, I felt they were simply dismissed. I left feeling frustrated and very dissatisfied with the entire experience.
