Pros:

la chica de recepción super mal encarada, me pidió pagar en efectivo cuando se hizo la reserva con tarjeta y me pidió un impuesto el cual no debe pagarse si es en efectivo el pago.
El hotel en la entrada tenia un baño que estaba fuera de servicio pero tenia un olor espantoso todo el primer piso por esa causa.
La reservación fue para 3 personas y sólo nos dieron toallas para dos y se molestaron al solicitar la tercera.

Ubicacion cerca de bahia principal,la terraza arriba se veia linda y limpio en general ,lo malo no funciona internet ,nuestra habitacion no tenia a/c el trato de la recepcionista fue creo q el peor q he recibido ,no se ,si tenia un dia malo o que pero nos dio clave de puerta mal 2 veces y todo de pesima manera ,no se acepta pago con tarjeta lo unico bueno fue que cancele ahi mismo y se me hizo cancelación gratuita

Pros:

When I made a reservation, I understood it was a room with a view and a balcony. I was surprised to be on the street level. A bit disappointed. That say great friendly front desk personal.
