Habían muchas moscas dentro de la habitación, baño sin ventilación, habitación algo pequeña. Era un poco aterrador llegar a la posada por el callejón, pero nunca pasó nada

Clean rooms, friendly staff and located close to restaurants. It also has a neat rooftop area with an interesting view.
To access the hotel you have to walk down a narrow alleyway that has tuk tuks and motorcycles. It was tricky to access with luggage and children in tow but most drivers did watch out for us so it worked out fine.

It us located in a very small side street and I didn’t feel súper safe alone at night.

On my second night there, my toilet wasn’t flashing, the water would just rise and the settle there. Such a health hazard that they need to look into.
La ubicación es muy buena, el trato de todo el personal es muy amable y te dicen las opciones para poder comer o hacer algo.
El callejón está medio feito, ya que está muy obscuro y un poco enredado para llegar.
Ubicación: Es muy céntrico por lo tanto es fácil movilizarse para ir a restaurantes, embarcaderos, mercados, el malecón, etc y a la vez es muy tranquilo, no alcanza a llegar ruido de la calle. Todo en la habitación funcionó bien: la ducha con agua caliente, el aire acondicionado, la limpieza. Atienden bien, son serviciales y las fotos son acordes con el lugar.
Está al fondo de un callejón estrecho, no entran carros por lo tanto puede ser algo incómodo si se lleva mucho equipaje. El callejón puede dar una impresión de inseguridad, pero no ocurrió nada malo.
El colchón de la cama es muy duro para mí gusto
Ótima opção de hospedagem em Panajachel. Quarto limpo e confortável, com ótimo custo-benefício. Fica próximo da Calle Santander (rua principal), sendo muito fácil se locomover. Em nossa estadia, precisamos reduzir uma das diárias que tínhamos contratado e o pessoal foi muito atencioso e solicito, nos ajudando da melhor forma. Recomendo!

Had a message 2 hours before check in saying my room was not available and there was no room for me. I was told they had a room at the hotel a few doors down and I could stay there.
This ‘hotel’ (not sure it can either be called that since clearly it was a brothel) was shocking. The room had no windows, was filthy and was in a basement. No lock on the door. Never felt so unsafe on my life. Obviously refused to stay there and requested my money back
Not sure how can you even be on booking with such appalling behaviour.

TV and Fan worked great. it was clean, the staff friendly and WiFi worked great
the location is great, could be a little shady at night when you're walking alone
a little hard to find, but they send you the direction beforehand. the window cannot really be opened because then everybody can look inside.
the light is horrible, directly over your head at the bed, makes it very uncomfortable
