Gute Lage, scheinbar ganz neu. Sehr sauber.
Pros:

Ruhig gelegen, genau in der Mitte zwischen den Hauptstrassen zu den Bootsanlegern. Kurze Wege zu den Restaurants, für Ausflüge und zum Einkaufen.

Cons:

1 von 2 Zimmern hatte kein Fenster (kein Tageslicht). Das andere Zimmer hatte zwar ein Fenster aber es war nicht zu öffnen. Beide Zimmer deshalb leider etwas stickig aber man konnte es dank Ventilator (Säule) aushalten

Pros:

This place was charming and nestled away in a quiet alley. Room was clean and comfortable equipped with a fan and the shower was HOT and GREAT water pressure. Best shower I’ve had so far on my trip. Staff was friendly and the views from the top terrace are great!

Nice hotel, but noisy room
Pros:

The room was nice with a confortable bed and good shower. The hotel is located at the end of an alley in the middle of Panajachel.

Cons:

I was given a room right accross from the kitchen and there were many people talking loudly at night. I don't even think that a room should be rented in front of the kitchen as the noise level was way too much to have a good night sleep

Voor de prijs die wij betaald hebben was dit een prima verblijf.
Pros:

Het bed was lekker comfortabel. Het verblijf ligt wat verder weg in een steegje, maar als je het eenmaal herkent is het prima te vinden en de buurt die in de steegjes woont is ook heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

De badkamer is ingericht voor de kleinere mens. Wij paste niet goed op het toilet omdat de benen te lang waren. Er wordt tussentijds niet schoongemaakt en de badkamer heeft weinig beluchting waardoor de handdoeken niet goed droog kunnen worden.

Charmant petit hôtel avec une cuisine partagée pour ceux qui aiment préparer leur repas pendant leurs vacances
Pros:

Situé dans le centre mais loin du bruit , il permet d’aller vers le lac en 5/7 mn à pied . Le gérant est discret mais efficace.

Cons:

Pour certains la salle de bain peut être petite mais il y a de l’eau chaude et ce n’est pas toujours le cas .

It was good for what it was. Just for a night should be fine.

The location was great!

Cons:

What I really didn't like is that we had payed in advance and out receipts was itemized and it showed all charges including two types of tax charges. What we paid according to the receipt wand 308 quetzales. During the check in process we were asked to pay for another city tax according to the attendant. I showed my receipt but her response was this how much it is leave or take it. She did not gave any explanation to what type of tax this was. It felt more like she just decided to give us an extra charged. I paid because I was not going to have an interaction with her for 30 questzales and we were tired. But I guess I'm writing this because it should not happen. If you have paid in advance and no one has informed of additional charges then it should not happen. Especially without a real explanation.

Quiet location in central Panajachel
Pros:

Very centrally located in Panajachel. It is situated away from the main road in a small network of small and quiet streets, but it felt very safe. It's a short walk to either of the main roads where there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room was comfortable and clean and the staff were very helpful. There is a kitchen area if you want to self cater and a nice rooftop to sit with views across the town. It was possible to organise our onwards travel to Antigua through the hotel. About a ten minute walk down to the lake to catch a lancha to visit other islands. The staff can give you information about prices.

Solamente la posición del hotel, cerca a la vía principal

Cons:

La habitación era muy pequeña y con muy poca iluminación; el baño presentaba el mismo problema. Además, encontramos cucarachas. Informamos de inmediato a la señorita de la recepción y preguntamos si era posible cambiar de habitación, pero nos indicó que no era posible porque el hotel estaba completo. Intentó solucionar la situación aplicando insecticida en la habitación, lo cual agradecemos como gesto, pero evidentemente no resolvía el problema de fondo.

We moesten last-minute een hotel vinden en kwamen op dit hotel uit door gelimiteerde beschikbaarheid. Echter, hebben we een zeer prettig verblijf gehad. De ingang is in een wat smaller steegje maar daar krijg je vooraf alle informatie voor. Eigenaar heel aardig, kamer klein maar wel van alles voorzien en warm water! Zou het zeker aanraden voor deze prijs.

Pros:

The room was basic bur the beds were so comfortable. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely and so friendly. The shower was amazing. It was very hot and extremely powerful.
We had a room at the far end of the block so it was very quiet.

Cons:

The only things I would mention are that the lighting is very poor with just one low light above the bed. We had brought a torch so we used that for extra light. It was the same in the bathroom. Secondly, there is about 18 inches between the toilet seat and the wall. I think compact is the term!
