Pros:

The staff was constantly friendly and the food was so delicious and fresh every single time. The establishment is so clean and well maintained. But the most impressive aspect of my stay is when I had a specific request I felt like I needed to speak to a manager and I had the wonderful privilege of meeting Mr. Govinda, the hotel manager. He went above and beyond to the point I will only stay here and will tell my company and all of my colleagues to do so as well. 10 stars!

Terrible experience, will not recommend to anyone.
Pros:

It was our wedding anniversary and it was a mess there. The first receiptionist was deceptive, such a bloody lying guy. We were first given a room with no pillow case and wet bedspreads. Even that we were just arriving from the airport and we were so tired. After so many calls, they had to change the room for us after the guy lied there was no other room available.

Cons:

We didn’t like anything about the place. We booked a room with a view, only to be assigned a room with a slum view at the back. We requested for beef and was served pork meat at the restaurant.

It was comfortable
