I’m from Mexico and had an amazing stay — I’d definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kanazawa. The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was the best of my entire trip in Japan. Thank you so much for the wonderful service!

• Great location: 3 min walk to Omicho Market and 10 min to Kanazawa Castle and Higashi Chaya
• Outstanding value for money

As a foreign visitor, I think it’s important to be respectful of Japanese customs and social norms. Sometimes tourists expect perfect English or act out of place, but we should remember we’re guests in another culture — just as we’d expect respect from visitors to our own countries.

The service at this hotel was wonderful and so kind and helpful. And the rooms are beautiful with the garden view. And the location is perfect. So central to everything. Would highly recommend a stay here.
Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Only stayed for two nights and no room cleaning services required. They did say we’ll get a gift which we did not get, not that we care as we really enjoyed the stay.

Fabulous location - to shops, market and Kanazawa Castle and beautiful parklands. Breakfast was amazing with heaps to tempt you. The hotel itself is pristine and luxurious, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Ticks all the boxes.
Beautiful spacious room. The buffet breakfast was well organized. The buffet offered a variety and even had Kanazawa specialty foods.
The laundry room was kept clean. The rooms were cleaned so nicely. The staff was very respectful. Overall enjoyed our stay there.

Great amenities, staff, room, and bathroom with a bathtub. However, the breakfast was not as good as I expected. I stayed for two nights and the food was exactly the same both days, with a rather heavy taste.
First all I wish to thank the staff of the hotel. They efficiently supported us in finding a small ring lost in the room, something we realised after check-out. They searched thoroughly for a couple of days, found it and sent it to our next hotel in Kyoto.
This is enough to recommend this elegant hotel. Breakfast is rich, the position is very convenient not far away from the railway station and rooms are spacious.

Such a welcoming environment. Absolutely loved my stay in this hotel. It is brand new and so close to city buses and the market.
