The Bristol Hotel Dubai

We had booked this The Bristol Hotel for 145 guests for a conference with Gala Dinner and 4 Nights stay. All our guests liked this hotel, location, and food. The hotel offered extra spacious rooms with all facilities and a good breakfast spread with stations for fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, and salads, omelet station, Indian Food etc.
We will definitely book this in future also.

From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless. The amenities were top-notch. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area.The hotel was stunning, and everything was so well-organized. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff made me feel very welcome. I’ll definitely be back!

went with friends to the lounge. they charged 450 dhs for a drink. 450 fish’s fir a fruit bowl. where in this world is this. they r literally looting customers like theifs taking their money. we went to take a small drink seeing the lobby ambience abd they looted us. nowhere in dubai even in 5 star hotels they charge this money. this is a regular hotel.

I don't know if this is a hotel or a market. they said this is 4 star hotel but ew 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 looks like 1 star. seriously, I didn't think this hotel was like this.. 🤮🤮🤮🤮👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿 even if a hotel is busy, they should have back up items that even on weekends or weekdays they are ready for their guests. You will request items even if you order food on delivery 10 to 15 minutes before you get your request. I don't know if I can suggest it to you or just find a good and comfortable place to stay. Yes, we are looking for a room in the budget, but there are not many people in the room. sorry but this is my comment that will not pass the standards of people if they stay at this hotel.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿🤮🤮🤮
looks the toilet no any floor mat. no any coffee set up and they gave you a hand towel instead of a bath towel, 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

The worst hotel I’ve never seen in my life. This type of hotel is giving a bad image of Dubai tourism. The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life specially from the Indian receptionist. He deserves to be jobless as he is treating the customers in a bad and giving them extra charge and putting it for his pocket and saying that this is a tax for Dubai tourism. I’m pretty that the closure of this hotel will be very soon. Not recommended at all

Don’t ever stay there. Worst customer service specially the mangment.no respect for customer Not good grage. No hot water in morning worst sty in my life don’t go there ever you will regret they make problem. They don’t clean the room daily . like I said they don’t respect customers.

disappointing experience at the JW Marriott Dubai, now taken over by the Bristol Hotel. My stay fell short of expectations due to various issues. The prolonged check-in time, lack of King size beds, noise disturbances, unprofessional behavior from staff, areas of the hotel being out of service, and unsatisfactory breakfast all contribute to a suboptimal experience.the decline in service quality since the change in ownership warrant a reevaluation of the hotel's rating. It seems there are significant aspects that need improvement to match the standards expected from a luxury establishmen

Checked in. Aircon not working well. TV does not work at all. Ask them to fix the TV and after 6 hours it is never fixed. Ordered dinner and foot came out cold. The only reason I stayed here was because it was a good hotel hen it was JW Marriott. No longer

We stayed at this property along with 200+ guests for a conference. The rooms were incredibly spacious and the twin beds in my room were each a double bed. The bathroom was what stood out for me since it had a shower stall and a bath tub and was very spacious. The decor failed to impress. The food (breakfast) was average. The banquet halls were large but the pre function area was narrow. Overall the hotel had a distinctly vintage vibe in terms of the decor and I felt like I was entering another world when I walked in through the door.

We were 51 group members who stayed at this property during our trip to Dubai. everyone liked the property, location, and food. The hotel offered extra spacious rooms with all facilities and a widely spread breakfast.
But their service is very slow. The smart TV of my room wasn't working and i had to remind reception 3 times in a span of 2 hours and then it was changed.

Costo beneficio genial , la atención increíble …los cuartos son muy amplios … y muy cómodos así como los baños .. geniales ya que cuentan con tina de baño y regadera separada , la cama súper cómoda y toda la habitación alfombrada .. tiene un mini refrigerador también para lo básico y hasta un escritorio .. genial h el hotel se ve como un hotel 5 estrellas

Overall, it's a good hotel. The value for the accommodations equation is very good. Great price!

The water and internet was off for almost full day without excuses or apologizes.
The fire alarms has a problem, works every midnight to give a terrible sleep experience.

This hotel could be better if people loves what they do rather than just coming to work. Upon arrival they dont have keys to give they promised keys will be ready max by morning. We discussed with Night Manager which is also rude and dont even want to give out options for help. We had breakfast which is so poor selection and purely a certain cafeteria can prepare the same. Quality of the room is not worth for the pay and the breakfast choices are less. I will never recommend this property.
