Property could be better with better management.
Pros:

Lake View was excellent.

Cons:

Approach road was terrible. Bathroom did not have shower curtain and hence, whole of the floor was wet after bath. Dining room looked dull.

Feel like staying at haunted place. It's 20km apart from Nainital mall road.
Pros:

There is not proper road to reach at hotel. After sun sat, traveller will feel like this hotel is haunted but it is not.

Cons:

Security is the major concern in this hotel. Room's Door does not close properly. Bathroom stints badly even after running the fan. Market is too far from this place so you have to depend on hotel menu only. Sorry to say but hotel staff charge just double price of the product.

Pros:

Worst property to stay because no cleaning inside the room. Even we asked three times for amenities and toiletries. Unresponsive staff they don’t know how to speak customers even their property manager Mr. Lalit was so rude with us . If I paid for Deluxe Double room so they can’t force me to stay in single room. The guy told me to cancel my booking when I reached there.
But thanks to Treebo customer care guy who helped me to get my room there . I want an action against there manager he can’t talk that way to anyone .
