There are many exquisite hotels in Doha. However, if you are looking for a very affordable 5-star, lovely hotel in Doha, with spectacular views, great location, and friendly, professional, helpful staff, the Element City Center Hotel will not disappoint.
It has a nice indoor pool and fitness studio, and more. In addition, for those, like me, who love swimming and sunning, the beautiful Doha Sands Beach is just a 5 minute walk.
Lastly, I was impressed with the friendly, helpful, professional staff, including the custodial staff, especially Yassin and Muna and others (I didn't catch all the names), who have a great work ethic and strive for perfection. Well done to the management for ensuring such customer service excellence.
I will be back next October unless you book my favorite room before me. :-)

Good location for need. Soleman and Isreal are trying to provide good service on my floor but service is very late two Saturdays in a row. Most times no face towels are left in the bathroom.
Like the kitchen for preparing my own snacks.

It was very nice an home feeling

The place is very accessible to City and has beach access. I stayed with family as post birthday celebration and they accomodated our request of high floor rooms and even gave us an extra bed FOC and slice of carrot cake as complimentary preaent. All hotel staff are accommodating from reception, room service, restaurant and security. Recommendable to a family staycation.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this property, which I booked through Booking.com.

Despite booking a day in advance and receiving confirmation, when I contacted the hotel on the morning of my stay, they claimed there was no booking. Hours passed without any follow-up. When I personally went to the property, I was further surprised that there was no valet parking—unexpected for a so-called 5-star hotel.

At the reception, the staff insisted there was no booking under my name, even after I showed my Booking.com confirmation. Instead of assisting properly, they referred to reservations, returned with a negative response, and simply turned me away. The staff were unprofessional, non-serious, and extremely unwelcoming, showing no sense of responsibility or hospitality.

To make matters worse, the next day the hotel still charged me for the booking. Only after I called did they admit it would be refunded, but they stated it would take weeks. This reflects a serious flaw in their billing system and internal communication.

In short, there is no coordination between reservations and front desk, no genuine hospitality, and no accountability. Never in my life have I experienced such negligence from a property claiming to be 5-star. Management must urgently improve staff training, customer service standards, and billing practices.

Amazing hospitality. Helpful with tourist tips, restaurant choices, help with taxi service. The beach club is nice and convenient. Our room was very nice. The breakfasts were ok.

Perfect cleaning of the apartment with Menuka, Muna, Lurul. They were very proactive and efficient. Nothing to complain about

I used to live and work in Doha and still visit often however i rarely write reviews but this hotel really surpassed my expectations and its a hidden gem for those visiting Doha. The room was spacious, clean and had all the facilities (fridge, cooker, coffee maker, etc) it felt like a mini apartment. Modern bathroom, comfy bed and even though i was on a low floor i still had a nice city/partial sea view. Breakfast offerred great value for money, indoor pool was nice for a dip and there is a sauna/steam. Gym was small but well presented and equiped with the latest machines. The service from all the staff was exceptional from concierge to the maids who were always smiling and could not do enough to help. Special thanks to Ashley and Jay at reception who helped solve my error when booking a twin room by mistake. The service i received really went the extra mile. To top it all the location is steps away from City Center mall which inturn gives you access to the all the sights in Qatar via the DECC metro. There are city beaches walking distance and and you are spoilt for choice when it comes to food options. Without a doubt my next booking when in Doha
