Don’t stay here.
Pros:

I have stayed here 4 times previously and always thought it was a nice place clean and comfortable, but sadly this is no longer the case, the staff have all changed now young teenagers and lady on reception, hardly any languages spoken other than loas. The breakfast is very basic, and can’t even cook fried eggs or omelette properly, impossible to get a sunny side up.
But my biggest issue was the bed, I was bitten about 100 times by bed bugs, the bed was crawling with them, and getting the room cleaned is a chore for the staff,
I’m sad to stay this will be my last visit here.

The Buffay breakfast was really good. The customer service is excellent. We were able to get checked in without any fuss or problems. Nice spacious room.

Pros:

Was a bit unsure after reading some reviews but our stay here was great! Swimming pool area is awesome - very clean and lots of space to lie around! Breakfast was decent - they cooked up eggs and pancakes as you like on request too.
Room was spacious and clean, serviced daily if you put out the sign.
Style slightly outdated but not something that bothers us.

Would stay again but wouldn’t eat or use pool here
Pros:

Our room was fabulous for what we paid, very spacious and lovely views from the balcony. The room had no fridge in which we knew but I think that would make it even better as it’s so hot there. We also had tea/coffee amenities but no kettle which didn’t make sense. Breakfast was included with our booking but the area isn’t feel or look so clean & my partner ended up with a bad belly after our first breakfast so we didn’t eat it again. We also booked here for the pool however it was so merky and didn’t look fresh/clean so we didn’t use it within our stay. We also love a hot shower and this hotel gave us just that so no complaints there. Overall a great stay but could do with a few touch ups to make it more pleasurable.

Reasonably priced accommodation.
Pros:

Disappointed that the resort was quite run down and not as it appeared in photos. Could do with some love and care. No towels on arrival and general lack of service. Breakfast was ok.
