Sehr freundliches Personel.In der 1. Nacht hatten wir kein warmes Wasser.Aber mann hat jederzeit ein Whatsapp Kontakt.Sofort wurde geantwortet und am nächsten Morgen behoben.

Cons:

In der 1.Nacht hat die Dusche nicht
und der Fernseher gar nicht funktioniert.
Wenn mann duscht ist due Toilette komplett unter Wasser.

Pros:

The hotel is really well located, with everything you need nearby and at a decent location from the places you might want to visit in a stay in Istanbul. The hotel itself is really good, safe, the room was comfortable and the host, Bilhan, is an amazing person, really nice always trying to make sure I had everything I needed, top notch service.

Pros:

Everything was good and we enjoy our stay. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe. There are many merchants (the bakery next to the hotel even sells gluten-free bread and cafes and restaurants that offer a breakfast). The public transport is easily accessible from the hotel.

Cons:

the room was tidy and clean. The staff were present and nice. We have only notice one thing to improvement : add a barrier to the shower cubicle to prevent water from escaping.

Enjoyable, comfortable, nice neighborhood— excellent
Pros:

It was lovely— beautiful, comfortable and cozy, like staying in a room in a house. The blankets were comfortable, the climate control was good, it was quiet. The neighborhood was very nice. Lots of good cafes and places to eat, and enjoyable to walk around in. Cute cat in the windowsill

Cons:

The pillows were uncomfortable and it would have been nice to have something to clean up the water from the bathroom floor after showering. Otherwise everything was fantastic. We were really lucky to find this place!

В целом все понравилось. Были определенные проблемы, но их влияние на оценку несущественно.
Pros:

Общее впечатление положительное: персонал приятный, мебель и электроприборы в комнате качественные, постель и полотенца регулярно заменялись на чистые. Сама комната вполне уютная, было ощущение дома, приятно было возвращаться.
Так же в ванной комнате были бесплатные гель и шампунь в небольших ёмкостях одноразовых, чем приятно удивили. Отель находится в уютном переулке, где днем немало заведений, которые вы можете посетить, а ночью довольно тихо. В нескольких минутах ходьбы супермаркет и 2 магазина поменьше. В 5 минутах ходьбы - вид на Босфор. Дверь оснащена кодовым замком, в холе приятно пахнет, там же находятся бесплатные зонтики на случай, если своих нет. Выглядит отель вполне аутентично. К счастью нам разрешили остаться в холе, ожидая наше такси, т.к. выезд в 11 утра, а вылет из Стамбула был в 10 вечера.

Cons:

Касаемо минусов - их немало, но большая их часть некритична. Например, клининговые услуги предоставлялись каждые 3 дня, но не скажу, что уборка всегда производилась на высшем уровне (всегда можно было найти претензии). Временами пол не был пропылесосен везде, потому там оставались некие остатки еды, крошки или еще что-то, а инструментов для самостоятельной уборки не было в комнате, потому приходилось вручную это все собирать. В нашем номере было 2 мусорных ведра: одно снаружи, другое спрятано в шкафу, так вот мусорка, спрятанная в шкафу не раз была проигнорирована, что приносило некий дискомфорт. Посуда, а именно: 2 ложки, 2 вилки, 2 ножа, 2 кружки и тарелка каждый раз были вымыты в абсолютно случайном порядке, но всегда не все сразу. В ванной отсутствует шторка, либо дверце, из-за чего вся ванная комната оставалась мокрой и довольно долго высыхала. Расположение душевой кабинки неудачное - оно находится ближе к выходу, из-за чего, чтобы попасть в туалет, необходимо пройти через человека, который купается, попутно разбрызгивая воду еще и в комнате.
Так же было бы хорошо провести косметический ремонт в душевой: швы, пороги, потолок.
Пол без обогрева, потому использование полотенца для ног было обязательным условием, но к сожалению его меняли не так часто, а однажды после уборки мы обнаружили, что его вовсе нет, его забрали и не принесли новое. Гель для умывания рук закончился, но для того, чтобы получить его, мне необходимо было дважды попросить о нем, сфотографировав баночку с гелем для пущей ясности.
Из-за общей вентиляции с соседней комнатой, часто были слышны голоса и не только.
Так же о чем я не могу не сказать - удлинтель в нашей комнате перестал работать, подавая признаки наближающего короткого замыкания, потому, к сожалению, нам пришлось целую неделю сидеть без возможности зарядить телефоны у кровати. Несмотря на то, что на неисправность удлинителя я указал в сообщении, меня проигнорировали и до конца нашей поездки проблема не была решена.

Bu otelde konaklamak baştan sona kusursuz bir deneyimdi. Giriş anından ayrılışa kadar her detay büyük bir özenle düşünülmüş. Odalar son derece temiz, ferah ve konforlu; kullanılan malzemelerin kalitesi hemen fark ediliyor.

Personel inanılmaz ilgili, güler yüzlü ve profesyonel. Kendinizi gerçekten değerli hissettiriyorlar. Her talebimize hızlı ve çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar.

Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edeceğim ve gönül rahatlığıyla herkese tavsiye ederim. Bu seviyede hizmet sunan otel bulmak zor. Tebrikler.

Staying at this hotel was a flawless experience from start to finish. From the moment of check-in to departure, every detail was thoughtfully considered. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the quality of the materials was immediately noticeable.

The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional, making you truly feel valued as a guest. Every request was handled quickly and with a solution-oriented approach.

I will definitely choose this hotel again and can confidently recommend it to everyone. It is rare to find a hotel that delivers service at this level. Congratulations.

Harikasiniz 🤩
Pros:

Fabulous location; 2 mins walk to Bosphorus and the bridge. I actually was waken up every day with the beautiful sound of the seagulls 😍
Next to a bakery with the smell of bread which I like a lot ♥️ and a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby to experience local food and drinks. Plus more luxury ones nearby.
Bayram bey didn’t know English still he tried so much to be helpful in any way possible. He was a kind and great guy.
The music in the lobby was peaceful and lovely 🕊️✨🎗️ I’ll definitely come back.

Cons:

I asked the manager for an extension of my stay and he announced that I can stay 2 more days and I agreed, but the next day, only one day before my first booking dates ends he msged me and said that it was booked! I was forced to pay more than double to another property since it was a late call and was too close to the New Year!

Pros:

It was a pleasure staying at this hotel. Love the decor and the rooms are spacious and cozy with everything you need. The location is great and easy to get to many places and tourist sites around Istanbul. The staff and owner were so helpful and very grateful for their hospitality. I also like the area, lots of restaurants and very walkable.
