On my second day, at 15:00 a ventilator which had a duct running through my room started working and stayed on right through the third night. I had to use noise cancellation Air-pods to get sleep that night, and their batteries ran down at 6am. No-one came to turn off the ventilator until next morning. This was NOT an acceptable reaction to a situation which should have been remedied much sooner.

Kamer was klein, bed was erg luidruchtig, er is amper schoongemaakt, de afvoer was verstopt. Ondanks verzoeken niet opgelost.

BUT (and this is a big BUT which explains the overall score) on the third day during housekeeping money was stolen from my room. 4000 Thai Baht to be precise (or 5500 Turkish Lira). I had 4 pouches of money in the room and two of them had clearly been rifled through while I was away from the room. Housekeeping took place whilst I was out for the day. One pouch contained small amounts of various currencies. When I arrived on Tuesday evening (7/4/26) I added some Uzbek Som to the pouch after transiting through Uzbekistan. At this point I made sure each currency was separated and in denominational order. When I returned to the room on the Friday (10/4/26) the currencies were no longer in the same order. This was my first alarm that something might be amiss. I proceeded to look through the remaining three pouches to see if anything was missing. My US Dollars were fine. My Turkish Lira were fine. But one 1000 of my Thai Baht was turned the opposite way to the rest of the notes. Not how I left the notes. I proceed to count them and found that 4000 Baht was missing. I came with 26,000 Baht and now only 22,000 Baht was remaining in the pouch. Before informing management I triple checked every pouch to check I was correct and racked my brains for any other person that could have had the opportunity to remove a certain amount and put some back in the pouch. Unfortunately for Ciragan Omnia Hotel, the only person that had the time to look through my money and place it back in the pouch would have been the housekeeper during the cleaning process. To be fair to the management they did sit down with me to talk everything through on the Sunday (12/4/26). But they believe the housekeeper is innocent, stating that he's never done anything like this before. Stealing a whole pouch of money would have been obviously noticeable but taking only part of the money may have been missed by me at the time.

Wenn mann duscht ist due Toilette komplett unter Wasser.

the room was tidy and clean. The staff were present and nice. We have only notice one thing to improvement : add a barrier to the shower cubicle to prevent water from escaping.
