It was in a nice location
The bathroom could have been cleaner, it was very grubby around the walk in shower plug hole and the shower curtain had mild on the bottom of it.
Good location
Location and value are definitely the selling points. It was warm once we put the heater on and and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet until the morning, when everyone was clearly getting up for the 8 o'clock breakfast! They accommodated food intolerances if you ask.
The sink in the room does not provide drinking water, this is available as are hot drinks from the dinning room. however no-one pointed this out. Breakfast portions were adequate, not generous, unfortunatey the egg was cold.
Breakfast was excellent. Plenty to eat - and unhurried.

Wonderful single room with private bathroom. Very clean, wonderful comfy bed and beautiful towels! Perfect location in Walsingham village, just a short drive to the National Shrine of our Lady and Basilica- which is absolutely beautiful!
I discovered a beautiful altar to Our Lady , alongside Jesus at the top garden area of the hotel.
Excellent breakfast in the spacious dining room. Choice of full English breakfast, cereals, toast, fruit and a 24hr access to teas and coffee.

Definitely worth stating here if you are visiting Walsingham Shrines and churches. I will definitely return!

So good, close to all amenities, church and pilgrims way. Everyone so friendly.
The location was fantastic, the staff was fantastic, and the room and bed were comfortable. and very cosy. We would stay here again, as the lady in reception was very kind and helpful, and the bed was very cosy & peaceful. It was the peaceful stay that we needed.
The carpet was dirty, it needed a good hoover.. lots of bits on the floor like stones, the bedside table was dusty. The bathroom had a stale smell, one of the pillows, the pillow case was just lying over the pillow. Even though these things could have been better. We did enjoy our stay in the room, and the bed was very cosy, and we will come and stay here again. The biggest letdown is that the breakfast was terrible. The sausages were not cooked properly.. looked still raw, the bacon looked like it had been boiled. The tomatoes look still raw. Only ate the mushrooms, a piece of toast, and yoghurt, which was nice. It was not the sort of fried breakfast I was expecting.
