Сдвигали кровати, под ними было пыльно. Предложение тщательнее убирать номера. Дверь в ванную скрипела решилось самостоя

Номера просторные. Завтраки вкусные. Близко к вокзалу (пешая доступность). Есть сауна за доп плату. Бассейн во дворе (летний вариант). Кальянная на 4м этаже главного корпуса с музыкой для вечернего релакса (держат египтяне).

Warm, hospitable, good value. Wonderful architecture.
Pros:

Friendly helpful staff, especially the General manager. Breakfast was delicious and staff friendly. Very clean and restaurant nearby good.

Pros:

Достаточно новый отель. Один из редких в Узбекистане, где мягкие матрасы:) Вежливый персонал, отличное обслуживание, есть спа, хороший завтрак. В здании отеля прекрасный атмосферный египетский ресторан.

Kahvaltısı Efsane, kuş sütü eksik ama çalışanlar somurtkan ,2 gece konakladim, ilk gece kabus gibiydi yataktan sesler geliyordu ve ortasındaki çukurdan çıkamadım, böylece uykusuz kaldım, sabah çalışanlara gösterdim ve potograf çektim, bana yaşatiklari ölümsüzlük için özür dileyen veya telafi etmek için samimi bir geri dönüş olmadığı için müşteri menmuniyetini önemsemediklerini düşünüyorum

Sin duda, la amabilidad y disponibilidad del chico de recepción, no sé su nombre. Tuve la oportunidad de hablar con él un buen rato y es una gran persona, además siempre intenta ayudarte en todo lo que puede para que tu estancia sea lo mejor posible. Rahmat!

Cons:

Lo mismo no se puede decir del encargado/manager, que es una persona sumamente antipatica y sin educación, que ni siquiera te mira ni te saluda cuando entras por la puerta!!!

En general, mi experiencia fue un poco como cuando compras algo por Temu... Lo que pides vs. lo que recibes. En las fotos se ve un super hotel etc., y a mí me tocó una habitación triste en el lado de atrás, que daba prácticamente a una pared... Muy caro para lo que es.

También a destacar el restaurante egipcio en la cuarta planta. Comida muy rica con un servicio TOP!
