Holiday Park Santa Ponsa

Das Hotel ist bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Einrichtung ist altbacken und rustikal. Dafür ist das Personal sehr freundlich. Es wurde fast jeden Tag die Handtücher ausgetauscht, aber leider nicht einmal geputzt. Es war okay würde ich aber nicht nochmal buchen.

Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, Pubs und Restaurant sind gut zu erreichen

Man får, hvad man betaler for. - En noget slidt lejlighed og nogle forfærdelige madrasser, hvor en topmadras ville have gjort underværker. Beliggenheden er fin med gåafstand på 5 min. til en vidunderlig sandstrand. Ingen elevator og en del larm fra gaden.

Vi har haft en dejlig uges ferie på hotellet.
Hotellet har en meget venlig og humoristisk receptionist, som ydede en rigtig fin service.
Vores værelse var udmærket.

Rooms are far too high without any lifts

The hotel is in a great location close to everything. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Property was clean and tidy.

Son unos apartamentos muy sencillos, no tienen microondas, no había utensilios para fregar los platos, no había gel...el ascensor no funcionaba

Logement très bien placé. Personnel d'accueil toujours présent et sympathique. Le personnel de ménage est présent tous les deux jours.
Attention matelas à ressorts pour ceux qui n'aiment pas. Le simple vitrage est dommage par rapport aux bruits extérieurs. Mauvaises odeurs dans les canalisations de la salle de douche.

The room was big and everyone was very nice. The receptionists were super friendly and accommodating. Everyone made an effort to ensure that everyone had a good time.

Nice hotel, but needs some improvements, because it is going to deteriored

Its a bit tired but we enjoyed our stay here. The swimming pool wasnt too busy (we stayed in September) . The rooms although basic are clean and comfortable.
The hotel is a very short walk to the center of Santa Ponsa

Super schöne zeit gehabt.

Apartment was very basic and dated but clean and a good size. Great location, close to shops, bars, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Pool is nice, pool bar was reasonably priced, food was acceptable too.
Staff friendly & helpful, towels changed regularly.
Great value for money, would stay here again and recommend to people on a budget.

The hotel it’s very close to the beach which is a big plus, also have lots of restaurants to a walking distance as well as convenience stores. The staff was always so friendly and helpful. Just so be aware they only accept cash in all transactions within the hotel, so take cash (although there is a ATM across the street) overall happy with our stay as a family of 4

Amazing location & great pool. Air con kept turning itself off despite having to pay extra for it! I don’t think this was a faulty unit, but seemed to be what they were programmed to do.

Hotel was great but didn't enjoy paying extra for a/c €7 a night and had no dish soap for kitchen sink.

Le personnel est très sympathique.

Location carina, in una ottima via di Santa Ponca dove c'è tutto a portata di mano. Struttura molto carina e accogliente. Stanze molto grandi e comode, forse manca uno specchio ed un mobile in più. Comunque ci tornerei molto volentieri.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel, Accueil et personnels courtois, souriants très bien cependant le logement chambre 032 n’en était pas de même, pas de climatisation (fait partie des taxes à payer par jour), logement non insonorisé nous entendions les voisins, cafards, fourmis qui sortent de la prise, la salle de bain devient une piscine à la suite d’une douche l’eau passe entre le bac de douche et la vitre, et le pompon est la literie matelas et coussins qui sentent la transpiration
Parking gratuit à 10min sinon stationnement payant devant sauf le wkd, taxe de séjour a payer en liquide.
Nous ne recommandons pas ce logement hôtel très vétuste, photos non représentatives, très cher pour la qualité
