beautiful inn in great area. wonderful hiking trails right in back. excellent restaurant with wide selection including kids and vegetarians. room was comfortable...excellent bed and linens. free parking for car.

rude. no host, had to help w their food delivery to restaurant. no contenentail breakfast. no one there to restock it on day of check out. only water on the ground
The owner kept me in the room from the night before and I ipaid for an upgraded room and they did not give me any monetary change They tricked me into staying in a dirty room and kept the difference for the bigger room and thought they would ge able to get more for it on the webpage and never even rented it. They kept me in a standard room on the 3rd floor had otehr rooms, my mother could not get up the stairs first night she was affraid. Owner said I could NOT leave the room when they were closing up their restaurant. The second day in the am I found the bathroom in the back of their unlocked restaurant down stairs, the husband was nice but when the wife came in the evening to do her restaurant she was very nasty. She told me my moher was a liablility then she discriminated against my mother where we had no other to go to dinner and locked us out of the property. I had to feed my mother leftovers from the drive there the night before, and my moher slept in the car in the parking lot. I want a full refund for the night of the booking with you. It was a disaster. the next am we left before anyone even woke up. My mother is 82 it was her birthday we wanted to eat in the nice dining room she tried to give us a seat in a dirty non table clothed room and was very nasty.. She locked us out of hte property and told me earlier I could not leave my room because my mom was a liability. because she walks with a kabne andhas deminisha.
High quality furnishings , great bar and gourmet food.
We arrived at night in time for a cocktail and an appetizer.Everything was great .Room was immaculate and quiet. Would definitely stay again if in area .
The owners did an excellent job of recreating a classic inn. The room was clean and modern and the staff is friendly.

Room was too small. I am only 5’3 and my head hit the very low ceiling near the bed.
We expected breakfast as mentioned in their website, but we did find any breakfast available.
Later in the day I texted the owner and he told me they serve it on the second floor. My thought is why wasn't their and type of communication letting us know where it will be available? Poor communication .
Not even a single chair in the room to sit. That’s my first time experience.
I gave a star because there is not other options for terrible, this place doesn’t have personnel, they send an access code and when you get there you are on your own. As woman traveling solo I didn’t feel safe to stay in an empty house that suppose to by ran by any kind of staff , in top of that the place is in an area that no even your cell signal works

It was a flawless stay. Reserved online... they text me the combo for front door and my room. It was much better than I expected. It looked as if the whole Inn was redone recently.

Room was not ready upon arrival at 5:45. The property advertises breakfast, but none was available not even coffee. Property is not easy access to and from freeway, and it sits on a street with houses all around it not like it appears in the advertisement which makes it seem like it is located out in the mountains. Had a problem with a staff member that was very unfortunate BUT the owner did refund my entire room cost, which was appreciated.
The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, offering a restful stay, and the inn itself was both quaint and stately - full of charm and quiet elegance.
The hotel was nice also a good restaurant ( although wait time for order was too long due to staffing issues) on promises but has some unexpected difficulties with the check in process .
