There was no staff available to assist us with our luggage upon arrival or to take it to our room. Likewise, at check-out, there was no one to help us, and no luggage trolleys were available, making it very difficult to transport our suitcases.

Did the job but not so great.

Did the job of staying overnight from airport & that room service was 24/7.
