Pros:

Lovely room. Convenient central location. Nice variety at breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Cons:

Lack of temperature AC control in the room. Steps without handrail from the food area to the seating area in the breakfast rooms.

Location Location Location coupled with Excellent Front Desk staff and Great dining room staff

Cons:

Stingy with room amenities (toilet paper had to ask to be refilled , no tissue paper only dispensed on request in small packets , no coffee machine or a kettle in the room , coffee machine in the lobby are only for breakfast service )
Shower was dirty with soap grime and mold, had to ask for it to be cleaned up the first night and it was corrected in the morning.

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé dans cet établissement. La rénovation des chambres dans cet immeuble ancien est très réussie. Au cœur du vieux quartier de Ribeira et au calme.

Cittá interessante da visitare
Pros:

Posizione ottima, come la pulizia.

Cons:

Lascia molto a desiderare sui servizi e non é possibile avere gli asciugamani con i buchi. I bagni erano dotati di dispenser con bagnoschiuma, shampoo, balsamo ma non altro perché anche per avere una cuffia per i cappelli per la doccia dovevi andare alla reception e richiedere il necessario.

Pros:

Asukoht on väga hea. Mäest alla ja oled kohe jõe ääres. Hotell asub tänavas kus on head kohalikud toidukohad. Üle tee hea Vado live baar. Soovitan. Kõik vaatamisväärsused on lähedal, ühistransporti ei ole vaja. Abistav personal. Hommikusöök hea.

Great location but facilities just ok.
Pros:

The location was great. Close to all the activities on the river. A lot of fun. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The hallways were like dark dungeons. I felt like it was almost dangerous. Bathroom sink had no cosmetic storage.

Rooms were very small and dark - better mirrors / full length! Breakfast terrible - they should have fresh orange juice as a bare minimum - no cartons. More health/ wellness and local portuguese!
