Pros:

L'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel. Quelque soit la personne, tout le monde se tient à disposition avec le sourire pour nous rendre le séjour agréable

Cons:

Salle de petit déjeuner trop petite. On a dû en prendre un dans une autre salle non dédiée. Et un autre jour, des personnes se sont déplacés pour se laisser de la place

Pros:

Breakfast was very good with multiple options and conscientious service and staff. It could be made better by offering eggs cooked to order. We liked the location because it was close to the riverfront but not directly on it. It was an easy walk to the wineries on the other side of the bridge to taste their port wines. The people at the front desk were very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bathroom does not offer enough privacy with only a glass door. And in our room the floor at the base of the bed squeaked every time it was stepped on.

Pros:

Struttura in edificio storico ma con parte ristrutturata molto bella ed efficiente. Posizione eccellente a due passi dal lungofiume e dai mezzi. Stanza duplex su due piani con due servizi, molto comoda e pratica. Colazione ricercata e abbondante.
