Relaxing stay in the heart of the city
Pros:

Perfect location, very clean and comfortable hotel, staff were very attentive and helpful. Quiet rooms with comfortable beds.

Cons:

Breakfast hot dishes were not very good, small portions dishes under a hot lamp made them taste dried out and ingredients for hot food was not very fresh. But other components of breakfast was good; fruit, coffee, breads.

Definitely recommend
Pros:

Great location, even in a busy area the room was quiet and we were not disturbed by noise. The staff were lovely and really helpful. Very clean hotel, lovely breakfast area and vast selection of items .

Comfort and great location - all you can ask for
Pros:

Great location, excellent breakfast and friendly staff - they truly made you feel welcome

My room was first floor street view and i was surprised how quiet it was - i had a great night sleep

Cons:

This is a problem with every hotel - but the shower that you need to operate by trial and error. No idea what knob does what - is the water cold or hot? Will you get the shower to your head or not?

Lovely location for hotel
Pros:

Fantastic location and lovely hotel. Only disappointment was we had a problem with tv which we were told would be fixed but it still wasn’t on check out which was fine but no apologies for this and didn’t seem to care. Also I emailed the hotel before hand to ask for some advice and recommendations on special things to do as it was a special birthday surprise trip but they did not respond not even an acknowledgment. Having said that we had a great time and it’s great hotel to explore Porto.

Pros:

It was very clean and beautiful. The breakfast was more than was expected. We couldn’t ask for better rooms and the location. We were beyond grateful for the staff!

Great location, but small room
Pros:

Excellent location, lovely staff. Breakfast was great. Was disappointed by the size of the room and very small window - was not accurately represented on the site I booked and I didn't feel the value was worth the money spent.

Great location, small room
Pros:

Excellent location close to the Douro river and lots of restaurants. Breakfast was great, room was quiet.

Cons:

There was a missmatch between the room we got and the pictures on booking for that room class. It was definitely smaller and darker than the pictrues portrayed. I felt like it was not worth the cost.

We stayed at the ICON Duplo Ribeira for three nights and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which really made our stay feel special.A lovely personal touch was finding a complimentary bottle of wine in our room to help celebrate my wife’s birthday - a thoughtful gesture that was very much appreciated.

The hotel is in a great location, ideal for exploring Ribeira and the surrounding areas, and the room itself was comfortable and well appointed.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend ICON Duplo Ribeira to anyone visiting Porto.

Pros:

The hotel is stunning, with impressive staircase and a building that deserves all the attention. Quality materials inside the rooms, from the beds to the bathroom utilities. The staff was nice and prepared a surprise for my wife's birthday. The soundproofing of the windows is top. The area where is located is safe, with close things in reach, and many good restaurants.

Cons:

Breakfast had quality food and coffee, but not so diverse. If you stay longer, you might get bored of the same food. Also, maybe the cleaning personal could come after 9:00, not too early.
