ICON Duplo Ribeira

This hotel was an excellent choice for our visit to Porto. It is only a 10 minute walk from the Sao Bento metro station and is located close to all the sights and restaurants of the old town. As we arrived we were greeted by Sergio, who made us feel very welcome. He gave us lots of helpful advice about how to make the most of our time in Porto. The hotel has been finished to a high standard throughout. Our room was very clean and comfortable; and we slept really well. It was nice to have breakfast before heading off out each morning. We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Porto.

We had an incredible stay at the Icon Duplo Ribeira. The room was beautiful and the location is excellent. The stay was made extra special when the staff left us a bottle of Cava and some cake in the room for the celebration of my partner's 30th birthday. If you're coming to Porto, you should definitely stay here!

An excellent hotel in brilliant location. Very clean, nice breakfast, lovely staff. We stayed on the first floor in the new part of the hotel and had zero street noise. Would definitely choose this hotel again if we visit Porto and would recommend.

The location is great, very close to the river and most tourist spots are within walking distance provided you don’t mind hills. It’s very hard to avoid hills in Porto.

The hotel and room were outstanding. The room reminded me of an elegant French drawing room. Loved the decor. Breakfast was good, but not great.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location, Yummy breakfast. Fabulous air conditioning! The room was very small. We were located on the first floor which felt like a dungeon with a view of a concrete wall. The television only had 23 channels with BBC being the only one in English. The television wasn’t internet connected so no Netflix, Prime or casting.

Nice cosy hotel, perfect location for sightseeing. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

Very comfortable hotel , right in the centre of Porto old city, easy to get to all the main sites, with some good restaurants nearby. Breakfast ideal for a long day walking. Staff exceptionally helpful. Good value for money. Good sized room for a city centre location.

Wir waren in einem Doppelbettzimmer im obersten Stockwerk im neuen Gebäudeteil unter gebracht.
Das Zimmer war sehr groß und hell, freundlich und modern. Die AC war gut einzustellen, bzw. in der Nacht auch abzuschalten. Genug Stauraum in der Gaderobe und im Regal im Zimmer. Das Bett mit Bettwäsche waren für uns sehr angenehm und kuschelig.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut und ausreichend. Von Ei, Wurst, Käse, Obst, Müsli bis Süßigkeiten war alles vorhanden. Der Frühstücksraum kann zu Stoßzeiten eng werden, man findet auch Platz in der Eingangs-Lounge.
Das Personal war überall immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Und die Lage des Hotels war mitten im Zentrum, alles fußläufig erreichbar. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Lokale, Restaurants, Geschäfte und auch zum Flußufer sind es nur 5 Minuten.
