I enjoyed my two nights stay. It was a very convenient location very clean so much to do around kitchen with the plus.
Pros:

And that it was an apartment suite and I had a kitchen

Cons:

The key code situation mines was faulty. I had to go get my pin reset it’s best to have the app and if you can’t download apps on your phone, you might be short. Also, the parking we should get a discount or at least a flat rate parking for the stay

5 people, 2 rooms, horrible customer service, I won’t be staying here again.

Room was decent

Cons:

Customer Service was horrible. Never been to the area. The direction said to look for a level that didn’t exist. Wasn’t even sure if I was in the correct parking garage. Which was $60 a day.. when I called to make sure I was in the correct area, the Customer Service person who I couldn’t really understand, hung up on me. Someone dropped food in the hallway. It remained there the entire trip. Day three was the day we left, still there. Something was spilled outside the hallway door. That sat as well. Housekeeping was there each day. When I let them know, they did nothing.

Amazing!
Pros:

Amazing! Excellent! Very secure use the app Latch. Just try, don’t fear! They answer all my questions and doubts. The Luxury was space, clean, confortable, near market. The NoMa was great surprise.
