The security feature (Latch)
Minimal kitchen necessities. Room felt sterile. Missing towel hooks. Bedding for couch was minimal. Only one luggage stand. A/C was warm in master. Minimal soaps
Perfect location
The floor could be cleaner
Limited towels and toilet paper. Also, smoke alarm battery alarm went off during night and had to get up and remove it to make it stop. Not enough blankets for our son who was sleeping on pullout. We requested a blanket but received two sheets. The floor needs a good mopping.

The door code that was provided did not work and the phone number that was given for emergencies was not picked. Overall it was a terrible experience.

Cheap furniture
The property was beautiful! The doormen were friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the LATCH system—it was so convenient not having to keep up with keys. Having secure access to both the unit and the main building also gave our family an added sense of safety, which we really appreciated.
The room was noticeably disheveled upon arrival. A lamp was leaning almost to the floor, lampshades were turned in random directions, and a picture was barely hanging on the wall by a single nail. The master bed was also broken on one side, making it unusable.
Unfortunately, because I didn’t notify the property managers until the day before checkout, they declined to offer any credit or partial refund. While there was a pull-out sofa available, it was extremely uncomfortable and not a suitable alternative for a restful stay.
Nice room, friendly staff, and relatively short walk to the Capital.
The staff and location were excellent!
If two of us had slept in the room I was in, there was only about 6 inches on the other side to the wall! no way to make the bed or they would need to crawl to the end of the bed to get out! Didn't mind the lucite furnishings but one couch and one chair in the living area both most uncomfortable!!! One mirror in the apt and it was in the bathroom. Kitchen okay for overnight but not for five nights if you intend to cook meals there.
This apartment was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary and visit my son. Location was very convenient with everything we needed nearby. The apartment was very clean and in nice condition. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay. The view is spectacular. We could not enjoy the balcony because of the weather, and it is understandable, but we had our moments. Supermarket, restaurants, Metro, within walking distance. Top notch apartment to stay. Recommended to anyone who wants to have a nice place to stay in this area.
Had problems with the balcony blind but getting fixed quick, Latch app takes time to get used to it.
