Gutes Zimmer

Cons:

Wir haben im September 2025 im Icon Beach Suites übernachtet. Leider gab es einige Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben:

Der hoteleigene Bootstransfer war am Abreisetag vor 09:30 Uhr nicht verfügbar. Da unser Flug früh morgens ging, mussten wir auf einen Boots-Transfer zurückgreifen, wofür uns sehr hohe Zusatzkosten entstanden.

Das inkludierte Frühstück am Abreisetag konnten wir dadurch nicht wahrnehmen.

Während des Aufenthalts wurde kein Room Service durchgeführt.

Im Badezimmer war das Licht teilweise defekt.

Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass die Unterstützung durch das Management in Problemsituationen nicht ausreichend war.

Zusätzlich befand sich im privaten Poolbereich unseres Zimmers ein Gerät, das optisch wie eine CCTV-Kamera wirkte und in Richtung der Terrassentür zeigte. Ob es sich dabei um eine Attrappe oder ein funktionierendes Gerät handelte, war für uns nicht nachvollziehbar – dies führte bei uns zu einem Gefühl eingeschränkter Privatsphäre.

Kafa dinlemelik bir tatil:)
Pros:

Şehrin kalabalığından uzak, sakin, tam kafa dinlemelik bir yer. Otel adada bulunuyor ulaşım tekneyle sağlanıyor, bu konuda hiç sıkıntı yaşamadık, kahvaltısı anlaşmalı oldukları big chefteydi, manzara eşliğinde güzel ve kaliteli bir kahvaltı da yapıyorsunuz. Odamızın dizaynı çok güzeldi ve temizdi. Oldukça memnun kaldık,herkese öneririz:)

Cons:

Das Hotel ist nicht organisiert. Das zimmer wurde in den 4 nächten nie geputzt unsere tücher wurden nie ausgewächselt. Wir hatten keine Toilette Papier mehr und mussten selber kaufen gehen. Hygiene gleich null.

Pros:

Vue exceptionnelle, tranquillité et intimité. Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel sur l'ile, paisible au calme avec une plage privée tout aussi calme loin du monde que le peut trouver sur les plages du continent.
Accueil chaleureux, Chambres très cooconing et propre vue magnifique.
Transfert en bateau à la demande, très réactif aucun souci, pas d'attente.
Personnel très compétent, les capitaines disponibles et accueillants !
Nous tenons à remercier Birol pour l'accueil, sa sympathie et disponibilité. Ainsi que les capitaines Arif, Hilmi,Selami,... pour leurs services et joie de vivres !!!

Fantastic spacious suites with exceptional views. Breakfast was amazing!
Pros:

The suites were so spacious and the views were amazing from the higher rooms. We were looked after by ‘Bill’ . He was a star and nothing was too much trouble for him. The private beach was an added bonus and the breakfast at Big Chefs was exceptional.

No bar or in-house restaurant

Pros:

We knew well in advance that facilities at the hotel were limited. Our rooms was stunning, spacious, with great views out to Çalış Beach.
Breakfast was not served at the hotel, but at the Big Chef, on the mainland. The quantity and quality of the included breakfast was fabulous. The 'concierge' was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us.

Cons:

The only 'slight' negative, and it is slight, would be the frequency of the boat to the mainland. Guests just need to be aware to request well in advance and not expect the boat to arrive on demand like a taxi.

A mixed bag
Pros:

The suites are lovely and set on a pretty beach. It is a quiet bay with great views the option of two restaurants on the island for dinner. Although breakfast is on the mainland, it is fantastic as are the staff at the restaurant where breakfast is served.

Cons:

The hotel is only manned during the day so there are no staff at night time. You are reliant on the hotel boat service for transport to and from the island which on this occasion was very unreliable (our 3rd visit). Although it is nothing to do with the hotel, there has been a ‘party boat’ moored out in the bay playing loud music until 1am on the last two occasions (a Friday and a Saturday) which has made sleeping difficult.

Ada da kalmak gerçekten çok mükemmeldi fethiyenin kalabalığından uzak kalmak çok iyiydi.Adaya geçmek çok rahat ve ulaşım çok hızlı.Otel temizdi denize 10 metre olması ve önündeki plaj gayet yeterli sabah kalvaltısı big chef ile anlaşmalı fethiye tarafında ve gayet doyurucu.

Sakin ve Huzurlu Bir Tatil
Pros:

Fethiye'den adaya; adadan Fethiye'ye ulaşım harika. Kaptanlar enerji dolu ve mutluluk saçıyor. Otelin önündeki plaj çok sakin. Ada da öyle. Sakinlik ve huzur odaklı bir tatil isteyenler için birebir. Kahvaltı Bigchefs isimli bir restaurantta gayet güzel. Ancak akşam yemeği için tercih edilmemeli. Otelin genel hizmetleriyle ilgilenen Bilal Bey gayet anlayışlı ve çözüm odaklı. Adadaki Ada Restaurant'ta en az bir akşam yemeği kesinlikle yenmeli. Onun dışındaki akşamlar Fethiye'den halledilebilir. Ulaşım gerçekten çok kolay.
