Pros:

It was extremely clean, modern and the rooms were spacious.

Cons:

1- Nobody cleaned the room although we stayed for 2 nights, not even removing the garbage.
2- Breakfast could be better.

It was friendly & clean , but needs some work !

I liked location and staff and o really clean

Cons:

The rooms need updating and the shower leaked terribly!! I spoke to staff and they said it was due to how it was built and ALL other showers poured water all over the bathroom floor to where we had to use extra towels to soak it up 🥺

What is the greatest days ever at a hotel
Pros:

It’s clean it’s crisp. It’s modern and the staff are extremely friendly the best hotel ever. Spacious rooms, spacious bathrooms.

Excellent place to stay, conveniently located for short drives to visit Hershey & Gettysburg
Pros:

We always have an excellent stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and always very clean. This is the only hotel we stay in when visiting the area. Breakfast is always hot and never low on items. We look forward to our next stay.

Cons:

If anything could be improved, we would just suggest better lighting by the beds. Otherwise, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable & clean. The lighting will not keep us from coming back though, we love this hotel!!

Overall excellent hotel and staff. Lacking response over weekend.

The shower leaked all over the bathroom. We had to use all our towels to mop it up. It was reported to staff on Sunday morning but wasn't addressed until after we checked out. Also reading light on bed fell off wall. Reported Saturday night but no maintenance on site until Monday morning after we checked out.

Beautiful hotel!
Pros:

Everything was wonderful! Friendly staff, great breakfast and everything was sparkly clean. Beds were super comfortable. We will choose this hotel next year on our way from Florida.

Cons:

Our bathroom sink drained a little slow

Pros:

The staff are great! The breakfast is also great and served early which is appreciated.

Cons:

Ultra modern decor with annoying features such as a glass bathroom door which emits bright light into the darkened room at night. Also room divider has what appears to be sliding glass panels however they are glued stationary. Overall a tacky appearance.

Comfortable and convenient stay. Staff were welcoming.
Pros:

Convenient for a family visit. Big comfortable bed. Large room.

Cons:

The glass door on the bathroom directly facing the bed does not work if anyone goes to the toilet at night and puts the light in!! Ridiculous design. Looks nice but what were they thinking?
