צוות מזמין ומסייע. נותנים הרגשה של חופשה ומסייעים בכל דבר. החל מטיפים לבילוי והתמצאות בסביבה, וסיוע עם כל מה שצריך שחווית השהות תהיה מושלמת. החדר מאובזר בכל הדברים שצריך לחופשה כולל מטריות, בקבוקי מים רב פעמיים, מברשות שיניים, מבשמים נרות ועוד. נקי ומסודר בכל יום.
