Excelente hotel y un equipo humano excepcional
Pros:

Nuestra estadía en Hotel Terasu Riviera Maya fue excelente de principio a fin. Es un hotel muy cómodo, limpio, bien ubicado y con un ambiente muy agradable para disfrutar en familia.

Quiero hacer un agradecimiento muy especial a Rocío, una uruguaya que nos atendió durante toda nuestra estadía. Desde el primer día estuvo siempre con una sonrisa, preocupada de que no nos faltara nada y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. Su amabilidad, cercanía y vocación de servicio hicieron una gran diferencia en nuestras vacaciones. Personas como ella hacen que uno quiera volver.

También quiero agradecer a Fer, quien estuvo siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, con una excelente disposición y muy buena actitud en todo momento.

Sin duda, el mayor valor del hotel es la calidad humana de su equipo. Gracias a todos por hacer que nuestra experiencia en la Riviera Maya fuera inolvidable. ¡Esperamos volver muy pronto!

Pros:

Hôtel situé en pleine jungle, à seulement 2 minutes de Xcaret, offrant un environnement très calme. Le restaurant est de très bonne qualité et le personnel est toujours disponible et agréable. La chambre est très spacieuse, avec un espace salon-cuisine et une chambre séparée, ainsi qu’un lit confortable. On s’y sent en sécurité grâce à une présence permanente à l’accueil, quel que soit l’heure d’arrivée.

Cons:

aucune vaisselle , ni de couvert présent dans la cuisine , tes éloigné du centre ville ou des plages il faut venir véhiculé

Pros:

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel, ganz tolle Mitarbeiter*innen. Sehr gepflegt, nettes Restaurant, morgens/mittags kommen oft Affen vorbei :)

Cons:

Je nach Windrichtung war die Straße deutlich zu hören. Man hört auch immer wieder die Seilwinde und Leute vom Xsenses Park in der Nähe.

Muy lindo lugar relajante para después de xcaret
Pros:

Muy bueno el desayuno con frutas y huevos. Muy rico el café. La onda cabaña en medio de la selva en un lugar silencioso me encantó, nada de ruido del exterior. Muy buena Rocio la recepcionista.

Cons:

Me encantó el lugar y fui para ir a Xcaret y para eso es espectacular. No tiene playa y las playas están lejos.

Hotel curato, a 15 minuti circa dal centro di playa del Carmen. Ottimo come base per spostamenti; buon rapporto qualità
Pros:

Camere, personale, giardino e la visita delle scimmie al mattino :)

Cons:

Posizione piuttosto lontana da Playa del Carmen, e siccome situato nel parco di Xcaret, la sera risultata piuttosto rumoroso per via degli spettacoli notturni e della vicinanza alla strada principale.

Pros:

Close to the highway, ( you can hear the noise) , but off beaten path. Clean, good breakfast, great service.

Cons:

The pool looks really nice on the photos. In the real life it was not clean , and was never cleaned during my stay.

Einfach perfekt
Pros:

This is a Mexicos secret gem. Es war wirklich Blitzsauber. Lage ist besonders, mitten im Dschungel, man begegnet wilde Affen. Das Personal (insbesondere Fernando) ist einfach Hammer. Essen (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) waren super lecker. Zimmerausstattung, Matratze, einfach alles perfekt. Ich würde hier immer wieder übernachten.
