Einfach perfekt
Pros:

This is a Mexicos secret gem. Es war wirklich Blitzsauber. Lage ist besonders, mitten im Dschungel, man begegnet wilde Affen. Das Personal (insbesondere Fernando) ist einfach Hammer. Essen (Frühstück sowie Abendessen) waren super lecker. Zimmerausstattung, Matratze, einfach alles perfekt. Ich würde hier immer wieder übernachten.

Beautiful hidden gem with fantastic staff
Pros:

We loved the room with a comfortable bed and balcony. The staff were amazing and always checked in on us. They were wonderfully helpful with anything we needed, including getting rides or sharing information about the area. While the property is small, it is very comfortable and we had a wonderful stay. I love the morning breakfast and the comfortable area to lounge by the pool. It was a huge bonus, getting to hand feed the monkeys that hang out in the area.

Cons:

It was expensive to taxi to el centro (downtown PDC) each day. If you have a car or are comfortable using the colectivos this would be a non-issue.

A very pleasant quiet oasis away from the noise of Playa
Pros:

We stayed here after dining at Restaurante Ha' in the Hotel Xcaret. It was a 10 minute, MX$400 taxi ride from Xcaret. The hotel is in a small area carved out of the jungle. There are not many rooms. They are comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet. There is a nice pool but a bit too cool in February. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The colony of spider monkeys was an extra treat. They are fun to watch.

Cons:

Our breakfast omelette was rather lacking in flavor. It could have used some salt. The coffee machine was not able to offer all of its stated options. Those are the only minor complaints.

Pros:

Loved the morning visits from monkeys for their banana breakfast! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and free quality coffee available all day. We’d definitely come back.

Pros:

We liked the location in the jungle, away from the town, but still very close to all acivities. Beautiful room and lovely warm service, always with a smile.

Cons:

A bit of back ground noise from the road, but not a real disadvantage, with so many pros of the hotel. Stayed another night on top of what we planned.

A magical stay in perfect harmony with nature, with outstanding service and unforgettable moments
Pros:

Everything was absolutely incredible. We chose this hotel because of its unique location, and waking up surrounded by nature was beyond expectations. It was an unforgettable experience to wake up with monkeys nearby and have such close, respectful contact with wildlife. The staff was exceptional, kind, attentive, and always smiling

Monkeys are wonderful!
Pros:

The monkeys are incredible to see up close!

Cons:

Food and coffee could use improvement. The grounds are small but pretty. This would be good for after a park visit, but not walking distance to beach or anything to do otherwise. Bring bug spray!

Cons:

This place is indeed a tourist trap - be aware that the reality is very much different from the photos.
The hotel area is quite small and tight - you are somehow trapped between the artificial walls, and very close to the highway (noise). The place does not feel natural, and definitely does not have the "boho" style as shown on the pictures.
It is very hard to find the hotel (no signs anywhere on the road).
Bed sheets with stains, mold in the bathroom.
Breakfast is nothing special.

Dommage car le personnel est très bien...mais très déçu.
Pros:

L'hôtel est petit donc on ne sent pas dans une usine et le personnel est vraiment gentil et serviable.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse.
Les singes au matin sur le balcon.

Cons:

Le Bruit !!!
Toutes les plus belles chambres sont en haut avec un très beau toit en chaume, bien qu' en pleine forêt on entend la route et le trafic beaucoup trop fort !!!
Quel dommage !
Boules quies obligatoires sinon nuit blanche garantie.
Les petits chemins et routes autour de l hôtel sont impraticables en vélo car fermés par des barrières de sécurité avec gardes armés, la seule route est celle vers playa del carmen mais trop loin et pas agréable du tout !
Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.
