Pros:

We liked the location in the jungle, away from the town, but still very close to all acivities. Beautiful room and lovely warm service, always with a smile.

Cons:

A bit of back ground noise from the road, but not a real disadvantage, with so many pros of the hotel. Stayed another night on top of what we planned.

A magical stay in perfect harmony with nature, with outstanding service and unforgettable moments
Pros:

Everything was absolutely incredible. We chose this hotel because of its unique location, and waking up surrounded by nature was beyond expectations. It was an unforgettable experience to wake up with monkeys nearby and have such close, respectful contact with wildlife. The staff was exceptional, kind, attentive, and always smiling

Monkeys are wonderful!
Pros:

The monkeys are incredible to see up close!

Cons:

Food and coffee could use improvement. The grounds are small but pretty. This would be good for after a park visit, but not walking distance to beach or anything to do otherwise. Bring bug spray!

Cons:

This place is indeed a tourist trap - be aware that the reality is very much different from the photos.
The hotel area is quite small and tight - you are somehow trapped between the artificial walls, and very close to the highway (noise). The place does not feel natural, and definitely does not have the "boho" style as shown on the pictures.
It is very hard to find the hotel (no signs anywhere on the road).
Bed sheets with stains, mold in the bathroom.
Breakfast is nothing special.

Dommage car le personnel est très bien...mais très déçu.
Pros:

L'hôtel est petit donc on ne sent pas dans une usine et le personnel est vraiment gentil et serviable.
La chambre est propre et spacieuse.
Les singes au matin sur le balcon.

Cons:

Le Bruit !!!
Toutes les plus belles chambres sont en haut avec un très beau toit en chaume, bien qu' en pleine forêt on entend la route et le trafic beaucoup trop fort !!!
Quel dommage !
Boules quies obligatoires sinon nuit blanche garantie.
Les petits chemins et routes autour de l hôtel sont impraticables en vélo car fermés par des barrières de sécurité avec gardes armés, la seule route est celle vers playa del carmen mais trop loin et pas agréable du tout !
Le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.

Pros:

On a adoré arriver si près d un parc dattractions et d une grande route et la sensation d être au coeur de la jungle. De pouvoir nourrir les singes tôt le matin. Restaurant très bon et accueil sympathique.

Leuke en unieke ervaring met heel vriendelijk personeel, dicht bij de Xcaret parken
Pros:

Het enorm vriendelijke personeel en de aapjes rondom het hotel.

Cons:

De ligging is goed wanneer je komt voor de Xcaret parken, verder is het wel wat afgelegen. Wanneer je een auto tot je beschikking hebt is dit niet per se een probleem, maar je kan niet zomaar lopend naar een restaurant/bar.

Great place to feed spider monkeys and relax in simple serenity of jungle atmosphere.
Pros:

Staff was so willing to help us enjoy interactions with the monkeys. We were loaded up with bananas and advise. Monkeys were a full time entertainment. We highly recommend this hotel and plan to return next year. Very close to Playa del Carmen and easy access from 307.
