Pros:

La gentillesse du personnel, la qualité de l'hôtel, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

J'ai réservé cet hôtel au vu des commentaires 10 sur l'emplacement, au final je mettrais 9 sur l'emplacement le centre du cartier Français est a 2km (les hôtel haut de gamme sont tous là bas...),, mais le personnel fait vite oublié la distance.

We are extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to return.
Pros:

Great location. Great staff. Quantavious took good care of us. Everyone we encountered were friendly, helpful, smiling. Breakfast had a really great selection. Easy walk to the Quarter.

Cons:

The elevators were a bit on the slow side.

All of the staff were AMAZING! Ariel, William, Danielle, and Adonica were exceptionally AMAZING!!
Pros:

The breakfast was great. There were a lot of options. You could choose from a full hot breakfast or a full cold breakfast. The property was very clean and the location was perfectly located.

The weather but that was out of everyone's control.

Excellent hotel and staff!!! Would recommend to everyone.
Pros:

The property is in a great location, just minutes from the riverfront, the French Quarter, and Bourbon Street. The hotel was very clean and smelled fresh the moment we walked in. Throughout our stay, we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home.

The staff were absolutely amazing! I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Danielle truly went above and beyond to make our trip a wonderful experience. She wasn’t the only one, though, every staff member we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!

Cons:

The only area I think could be improved is the comfort of the beds. They were a bit firmer than I prefer. That said, I still slept well during my three-night stay, and I think the soft, comfortable pillows made a big difference.

Adonica Turned Our Day Around
Pros:

**After several long days at a work conference, this was exactly the kindness we needed.**

We had planned to stay in New Orleans through the weekend after my conference, which meant checking out of one hotel and into another on the same day. I assumed we'd have several hours to figure out what to do with our car and luggage, and honestly, after a few exhausting days, I wasn't looking forward to it.

When we arrived, Adonica greeted us with such warmth that I simply asked if she had any recommendations for where we could safely park and keep our things until check-in. I wasn't asking for anything special, just hoping for a little local advice.

Instead, she completely surprised us by letting us check in extra early because she had a clean room available.

It may have seemed like a small gesture to her, but it completely changed our day. We kept talking about how thoughtful and considerate it was. Being able to settle in, relax, and actually enjoy our first afternoon instead of dragging our luggage around the city made all the difference.

That's what great hospitality looks like. Adonica went above and beyond, and it's the reason we'll absolutely be staying here again the next time we're in New Orleans, hopefully for longer than just one night!!

My stay was thoroughly enjoyable, scoring 10/10, with everything being lovely and spotless. The staff were very courteous and provided excellent assistance.

The lengthy hallways were serviced by only one elevator, which was inconvenient. The private parking garage was poorly maintained and lacked adequate parking spaces.
