Pros:

I stayed there for one night with my friend, we booked the Twin Room, but as soon as we arrived they upgraded us to a Suite. The suite was very spacious. The sitting room is big, comfy, clean with good lighting and a fridge. The bathroom is clean as well and the shower has good hot and cold water temperature and good pressure. The bed is big and comfy, with clean white sheets. And 2 tvs in the suite. We didnt use the AC because the weather was great. I enjoyed my stay so much. The staff was very helpful at all times, even after midnight. They supplied us with everything we asked for, and they even heated our leftover food for us at night. Even in the morning after we missed the breakfast time, they offered to prepare it for us at noon. Breakfast was traditional lebanese labneh, cheeses and turkey, butter and jam, eggs to your liking, toast and bread, some vegetables. With coffee or tea. It was a delicious light breakfast. All in all this hotel deserves five stars, the cleanliness, the luxurious coziness, the friendliness of staff. Even the lobby has two or three very cute seating areas. They also let us park right at the door of the hotel, even though they had a parking just underneath. The location is okay, its in a quiet place but i think you definitely need a car to go around from there.

Pros:

Das Personal ist nett und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern. In paar Autofahrten Minuten ist die alte Stadt (Zouk) und Hafen zu erreichen. Gerne wieder besuchen
