The staffs were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel IS perfect! It’s in the middle of everything. 3 mins walk to a BTS and everything is so close. The room is quiet and dark (the room we stayed in) which only a few hotels are good at. We need darkness when we want to sleep. The room is spacious and clean. The art on the wall is beautiful and the interior design is beautiful!

Loved the a la carte choices for breakfast with a small continental buffet. Large bathroom which seems at odds with smaller general room. Fantastic location for restaurants, bars and transport.
Rooms are a bit tight and the bedside tables too small to place anything on. Make sure you are given a list of things you may be charged for ie accidental breakages
Swimming pool very small good if you just want to get wet. Some peeling wall surfaces in the room let it down.

Fabulous friendly stuff from reception to room service. Very comfortable bed, functional design, very close to public transport and shopping centers, as well as restaurants and Café shops.

There’s a wet smell in the room sometimes.
La zona vicino al Lumphini Park è eccezionale, poter passeggiare nel parco al mattino o nella zona li vicino. Super collegata in quanto si trova una stazione sia metro che treno e bus in giro. L'hotel è molto bello e curato, la piccola piscina a disposizione è gradevole per darsi una rinfrescata in una giornata di sole. Ho amato e spero di poterci tornare.

Great location, close to local public transport station so it's a good hub for exploring so lom, the local parks and the attractions near the riverside. Local area is bustling with good nightlife, plenty of restaurants. The hotel itself is on a quiet road just behind the main road. That means it is quiet and out of the way but only a short walk to all the nightlife. The area itself feels safe and relatively clean.
The staff were lovely and helpful. They let us store our bags when we arrived before our room was ready, and were very attentive. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also nice with a good selection of dishes from the menu with fruit, cereal, juice and coffee at available too.
Nothing really comes to mind. If I had to nitpick, the view from our room window was a brick wall but this really did not affect our stay.
