Bare minimum even if you only plan to stay a couple hours. Only amenity was a towel.
Pros:

The price as advertised was reasonable according to the description provided.

Cons:

1. No hot water
2. No toilet seat
3. No holding area for luggage before 4 pm checkin time
5. Rooms are used for student housing
6. Rooms can be rented by the hour which suggest illegitimate uses for the Rooms
7. Not a pleasant location of the city
8. Had to pay additional hourly fee for an early checkin.

Pros:

Accessible location, hot water in the shower, cold aircon.

Cons:

Firstly, booked in booking.com that says the total for 2 nights is 4300+ pesos for a family room, upon checking in the receptionist asked for 4800 pesos. That's 500 pesos extra, we always book through booking.com but this is the first time we are charged differently from the booking confirmation total.

The room is dirty, not well maintained. Even the mirror is not even wiped when we arrived. There's only 2 pillows in a double bed, we asked for 1 extra pillow and they're charging us when we already pay extra upon checking in and they provide the thinnest blanket I've ever seen for an accommodation that can only be used by 1 person eventhought its for a double bed. The rooms doesn't look and feel clean. There's also a funny smell in the toilet. The small tv is not working well, very poor signal.

Pictures provided online is far from reality, very disappointing.

Tricked by BOOKING.COM app_OYO. 💩🥺
Pros:

Staff are well-mannered. Location is GREAT! There's MCDO, KFC, Cebuana, Dunkin, and 7/11s nearby. Great location to access FEU and other Universiities. PRC is few mins away. There's a clean and well-lighted footbridge close to the hotel which makes crossing the highway road easy and safe.

Cons:

The hotel offers short-time stay. Rooms are not spacious. The family room which we used is claustrophobic, doesnt even have a work table, chair, and cabinet, NO night light, NO noise filter/barriers, and NO windows . Guests can hear the NOISe from the reception area. The structural post and the aircondition drain hose are visible. THEY DONT PROVIDE TISSUE, glass, or cup. (atleast for tooth brushing). The ceiling is too close to the beds.
Booking.com_OYO stated that the family room is priced at P4,000 plus, so guests would expect a nice room but the real price is less than P2600. The APP somehow tricked me in believing that I am having a GREAT deal but in reality, the discount is about P300 only. CHECK the prices indicated in the photos for TRICKY PRICE DIFFERENCE on the APP vs ACTUAL RATES! 💩
