Honestly don’t like leaving bad reviews but if I saw this review from someone else I would have thought twice about booking. On my first night I arrived pretty late and when I got to my standard studio room there were two small cockroaches. The staff were helpful and immediately moved me into another room. However I was already traumatised lol. They did put out flyers that they would fumigate the place the next day which was good. Breakfast was in another location which was off putting. I was also refused utensils by the cafe in the lobby even though I was a resident. I thought that was quite ridiculous and wasn’t good customer service. I was barely there but I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were nice though.

A basic and aged studio apartment

My stay was very pleasant! I enjoyed my stay. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The host, Zandri was an awesome host, she responded to our needs in a timely manner.

I love the staffed hospitality and the hotel was very clean. I didn’t like we came in middle of the winter and the heat in our room didn’t work, they couldn’t fix it so we had to sleep in the cold, but I enjoyed everything else about my stay.

Unit itself was spacious and well presented. Fridge has zero snacks in it. But there are tea and coffee sachets. The lift and the corridors seemed a bit worn and the building seems to have some noisy guests and the lobby feel is a little dodgy

One excellent member of staff, who was fantastic at helping us try to address issues, but otherwise check in experience and experience with manager was terrible. The room had not been cleaned properly prior to our arrival and the toilet leaked.

There is no parking, there is no pool, there is no service

Front desk service awful. No room keys. Lost reservations. Rude. Unhelpful

Staff at front desk awful. They have no idea what is going on and kept staying reservations were cancelled and then finding them after serval hours of stress. No key for room - they had to take us up every time. Very annoying. Bathroom leaks, but the rest of the room are very nice and the views are good.

Just left down by the staff

On the Hotels.com website it says the hotel has 1) free parking, 2) you can order breakfast and 3) the hotel has a pool. Turned out none of these were accurate as the parking was full during the whole 5 days stay, no breakfast could be ordered and they had just started to build the pool. Also the key cards didn't work and the shower leaked into the whole hotel room making the floor wet every time we showered.

Location was very good and the staff were nice even though they really couldn't help with any of the problems.

Security 24/7 and close to everything. I love it there.
