Friendly staff, cleanliness, good Security
The shower leaked outside on the floor, the seal on the door was in poor condition, after each shower I had to remove a lot water outside the shower, which was frustrating and unnecessary, I raised this to the staff members but nothing was done to rectify this,,disappointing,,

Excellent 2 night stay at the hotel. Clean room, quiet area, and for the affordable price it was great for a short 2 night stay.
It was a unplanned stop for our journey and it was the closest option for us.

The penthouse shower did not work properly. The toilet was not cleaned. The room was previously a conference room. We were not provided washcloths.

The place could be really good hotel on the way to the mountain region. It has pools, nice places to eat, easy to find, rooms are comparengly comfortable, breakfast was braught to the rooms. But...
But most of the standart and superior suites are on the road side. And the road is the highway with non stop lorry, tricycles, jeepneys, vans, cars, motorbikes traffic through all the night. Not even single hour of scilence. For all of my group it was one of the first days in Philippines and it was really hard to sleep.
Although I must add, that at the midnight the staff was ready to give even the better scilent rooms for the same price. But most of the group was too tired to change them... All in all we somehow survived the noisy night and we had value of the rooms for money and reception was helpfull...
Just by booking the hotel, keep in mind that all cheaper rooms are near the noisiest road in the Island...

The beds were nice and very comfortable. Lobby has a nice presentation as well. Staff members were courteous. AC was efficient and did its job well.
Really bad wifi; pretty much unusable because I couldn't even hold a connection to the network. And when I did manage a connection, the speed was atrocious. Breakfast is presented as "all-day" but upon calling in for a second meal, I was told that the kitchen had run out of food. Like...what? TV remote was out of battery so I had to use the buttons on the TV itself to adjust volume and change channels. There were also ants all over the sink area; cleanliness is not this hotel's strongest trait. Overall maintenence of the hotel can be improved a lot.
