Pros:

Rooms had character and were cool and quiet (we were on the ground floor). The staff were attentive and the breakfast was good, location was very convenient for the french quarter.

Cons:

There was nowhere to see the sunset from (there was a rooftop bar but they only open it after sunset). This seemed like a missed opportunity!

Nice stay
Pros:

We stayed here for three nights and it's a very nice place with good staff and a superb location right in the heart of this great town. We enjoyed breakfast here which has great choice but never ate dinner because there are so many local options.

Cons:

A couple of chairs outside the hotel room would have been useful

Cons:

Da der Baustellenlärm unerträglich war (Presslufthammer)haben wir das Hotel sofort wieder verlassen und uns in einem anderen Hotel niedergelassen. Die 200 Euro wurden uns nicht erstattet, auf unsere Anfrage nach einem kostenfreien Storno kam keine Reaktion. Also Vorsicht !

A little haven in the middle of white time!
Pros:

Beautifully located with very clean and large rooms. Extremely kind and helpful staff. The pool was relaxing and very well maintained.

+ Die Zimmer sind sehr gemütlich und sauber.
+ Das Bett war sehr angenehm und ich konnte wunderbar schlafen.
+ Gutes Frühstücksbüffet.

Cons:

- Fenster und Türen waren nicht optimal gegen Mücken geschützt.
- Aufgrund der zentralen Lage hört man den Strassenlärm doch relativ gut. Die Unterkunft kann aber nicht viel dafür und mich hat es selbst als eher lärmempfindlichere Person nicht gross gestört.

Elegant but missed the Substance

The location was good but it was shown as a 5 star which it was definitely not

Cons:

Was expecting 5 star so missed the Health Club , 24 hour room service and a lavish spa

Beautiful hotel in Pondi
Pros:

The location is excellent, right by the white city with nice restaurants all in walking distance. We loved the style of the hotel, our room was spacious, beds are comfortable. Staff is very helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was not very inspiring. If you want your room cleaned, you have to ask for it.

Fantastic.
Pros:

The location, comfort, facilities and food at this hotel are all first class.
But what makes it stand out are the staff - every one of them is so attentive. They can't do enough to make your stay a great one.
