Pros:

Beautiful! Stunning hardwood furniture and finishings throughout the hotel. Comfortable, spacious room. Friendly, helpful staff. The pool was cool and refreshing. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The massages at the spa were also fantastic.

Cons:

Only a small suggestion: add some furniture, rugs, and other decor to the lobby, as it’s quite bare and makes for a rather cold welcome to an otherwise beautiful hotel.

Highly recommended. Although a bit pricey.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to the beach. Watching the sunrise is a must! Easy to walk to restaurants. Very safe and lovely to walk in the evenings as lots of free activities to see. Lovely breakfast. You can order breakfast items on request also.

Cons:

Room is a bit outdated with furniture and dim lighting, but in keeping with French colonial style. Mosquitoes a problem if window shutters are open so carry insect repellent.

Pros:

The service, the staff, the rooms, the location, pretty much everything! My favorite part was the decor of the room, especially the wooden doors and windows. Highly recommend this place. Oh, and the food was delicious too!

RECEPTION STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SUPPORTIVE. RESTURA MANAGER ATTEENEDED TO OUR SPECIAL REQUIREMENS AS WERE VEGETARIANS. OVERALL OUR TWO NIGHTS STAY WAS PLEASANT.

Pros:

Bien placé, propre , jolie façade , meuble de style ancien allant bien avec les pièces, salle de bain agréable.

Cons:

Bruit d’ascenseur: moteur ouverture porte et voix donnant chaque étage audible dans la chambre 301. Petit déjeuner pas au niveau , présentation désuète, peu de personnel en salle jeune et sans expérience d’un service de qualité . Piscine entre 4 murs et bruyante des que 3 personnes y sont. Prix en rapport de la qualité est trop élevé.

Pros:

l'entretient du bâtiment et la piscine cadre relativement calme car l'isolation acoustique n'est pas optimale l'style coloniale a beaucoup de charme et garde un lien direct avec l'histoire de Pondichéry.

Cons:

L'isolation phonique du restaurant car beaucoup d'écho et comme dans halle de gare. Il manque dans les chambres de lampes de chevet appropriés je pense que j'ai trop payé en fonction des salaires en Inde et la qualité dont je viens de parler.
un autre aspect désagréable est le fait qu'ils ont encaissé directement et non sur place tel que prévu chez booking.
