Cheap, clean hotel, good location.
Pros:

Every staff member did so much and more for us. Provided airport shuttle, helped with day trips around Karachi, really amazing and kind people. The hotel is very clean, good AC, nice breakfast, but the people there make it stands out really. The location is also great fairly close to everything but far from the dust and noise of the city.

Cons:

The hot water was lukewarm at best; most of the time, it was cold. But that's the case for most of the hotels in Karachi so I didn't mind.

Pros:

The staff was very nice and very very cooperative. They gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room as we reached before check in time and couldn't check in at that time so to compensate for that they gave us an upgrade.

Cons:

The bathrooms are slightly old and can be improved with minimal work. The first blanket that was provided was slightly unclean but when mentioned they gave us a fresh and clean one. The rooms on the ground floor had better sound proofing than the ones upstairs. This can be improved easily as well.
