Gorgeous place! Lots of room for a group. So nicely decorated. The kitchen is well stocked. Great location. Perfect for a larger group- made the vacation very comfortable.
We would definitely stay here again. It was great- but there are a couple of little things that could improve it.
The lighting is very nice for ambience- but it is a little too dark. Mainly an issue in the bathrooms if you want to put on makeup. The bathrooms also dont have any place to hang towels, could be fixed quickly. Maybe could use a little more soundproofing if possible.

We had an incredible stay. The space had everything we needed and we loved having a beautiful outdoor space to relax in. The bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful, especially as we were traveling with our infant. It was invaluable to have laundry and a drinkable water station. The only thing that would have made it better would have been some comfy robes!
The place and location is unbeatable! But the apartment has no a/c and it was hot. Other than that is is great!
This apartment is very nice and clean . I felt very safe in the neighborhood and lots of restaurants and bars walking distance . I would definitely recommend staying here .
This is a nice, spacious apartment in a great location. Neighborhood is quiet and we never felt unsafe. There was a doorman 24/7, to help get in if necessary. Kitchen is decently equipped (pls add some ice trays or an ice maker) but we didnt cook. There were some things abt the apartment though that made our stay a mediocre experience. First be aware that there is no AC. There is something that looks like it might be a portable AC but it doesnt cool and rattles loudly so we did not use it. There are good fans and weather was nice to keep doors open. One bedroom gets super bright morning sun and warms up too much. Balcony was lovely to have. The sliding doors however dont all lock and are hard to open and close. The toilet in main bathroom is not properly sealed and constantly releasing foul odors into the bathroom and bedroom. Wifi was hit or miss. Lighting is quite dark especially in bathrooms. All in all, this is a decent but not excellent apartment.

The location is quite central.
When booking, exercise caution. They advertise their best apartment, but a few days before your arrival, they confirm what they actually reserved for you. I had booked a top-floor apartment with a nice terrace overlooking the street, but we ended up on the first floor. The apartment was acceptable, but not as nice as the one I thought I had booked. Their approach was very misleading. I booked through booking.com, but they sent me photos of the actual apartment on airbnb.com. The entire exchange was bizarre and unprofessional.
The bathrooms are very small and have the closets inside them, which is a terrible design choice. The humidity has caused the MDF wood of the closets to expand and deteriorate. There was also no pressure in the shower, and it took over 15 minutes for the hot water to arrive. When I mentioned the issue to them, they claimed it had never happened before. They came in and said they fixed it, but we continued to experience the same problem throughout our entire stay. The water just dripped with no pressure at all.The rooms are smaller than they appear, and in the two-bedroom apartments, there’s only one plug next to one of the beds for charging your phone. We had to charge one phone in the living room and another in the bathroom. Additionally, there was no cleaning service, which is unusual at this price point. All of this might have been somewhat acceptable if they hadn't been so misleading from the start.

The property is gorgeous. It is in the perfect location. And it is the perfect size for a large family. For the living spaces there’s a large kitchen, dining, space, living space, office, laundry room and half bath by the elevator.
The elevator opens into this 3rd floor apartment. You’re the only one with keys to this apartment.
There are 3 bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a balcony.
There’s also a servants bedroom with a bathroom behind the laundry room.
The roof top terrace is gorgeous. It’s on level 5, and your elevator key includes that space. We didn’t have a car, but apparently there’s an underground parking space on level-1.
The super friendly cleaning crew comes every afternoon. They do a good job of cleaning the apartment.
The reception staff are also very friendly and helpful.
The BIG NEGATIVE is how hot the entire apartment is. Captilia provides 3 “water misters” for the bedrooms. You have to constantly add water to them, including through the night. They blow mildly cool mist, IF they are full of water. They do not adequately cool, the bedrooms, and they certainly do not cool the other living spaces.
We requested numerous times, portable AC units. We even sent photographs of ones available on Amazon for Mexico. The reply was “we will take it into consideration.“
We found this very irritating. For a luxury apartment, and the price we paid, this is unacceptable. If you want to advertise yourself as a luxurious apartment, you must provide AC units. At least six of them.
The really puzzling part is that there is air-conditioning in the reception, desk area and on the elevator.
In conclusion, if you don’t mind a hot place to stay, then you will love this apartment.
The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It has everything you need to make your stay the feeling of being at home. We were seven people and had a great time. Some days we order food some other days we cooked and watched movies. Definitely we will go back and stayed in the same apartment.
Excellent location, clean , nice place , safe area very close to shopping center and restaurants!!
DO NOT BOOK. Scam alert! When we arrived the coffee table was broken but didn’t think much of it since we were 3 of us only and barely in the unit besides to sleep. The management company is asking for $1,400 USD to fix the table, pinning it on me and contacting me on WhatsApp over and over again. Save yourself a headache and money.
