東京の素敵な思い出
Pros:

素晴らしい夜景と、広い部屋。スタッフもみんな丁寧で親切でした。フロントには無料の日本酒、ジュース、お菓子があり部屋でゆっくりすることができました。乾燥機能付き洗濯機で洗剤も無料でいただけます。スーツケースを送る手配をして下さり、本当に助かりました。また宿泊したいと思います。

Great place, great staff and exactly what we were expecting.
Pros:

It was very clean and tidy, and the staff were super lovely. We couldn't work out the washing machine, and they very quickly came and showed us (we were clicking the wrong button). Lots of space for 4 people. They gave us umbrellas to use on the days it rained, which was very handy.

Cons:

No complaints; it was exactly, if not better than, what we thought we would get. The location was a little walk from the train, but again, we knew this from Google Maps.

Very nice and modern facilities with a washing machine.

A little far from the trains and subways but 15 min walk is fine since Japan is walkable to everywhere.
