Pros:

Spotlessly clean, enormous apartment, brand new facilities, super quiet and peaceful street, beautiful view of river from window, very kind and helpful staff, free unlimited tea coffee and snacks plus complementary bottle of champagne at check-in.
At the same price point in Tokyo you usually get a tiny single room, this was large enough to fit at least four people. It was super comfortable, we absolutely loved it.
I would revisit without hesitation.

Cons:

Honestly nothing - it was excellent.

Pros:

Really liked most everything about the property and its staff. It was a bit far to the train stations, but otherwise great.

Cons:

Location, but if you are using buses or cabs, biking, etc. that becomes less of an issue.

良い気分転換になりました！
Pros:

広々としてロケーションも良かったこと。お菓子やコーヒーメーカー、スパークリングワインまであるとは思ってもみませんでした！

Cons:

主に海外の方の利用が多いと思いますが、風呂場に手桶があると良かったです。
コーヒー豆が80グラムあるのでペーパーフィルターが複数枚欲しかったです。

Best place to stay in Tokyo!
Pros:

This is the first apartment I have ever stayed in, which I would say looked better in reality than on the photos. It was a very pleasant surprise. The apartment is spacious (especially in comparison with other apartments in Tokyo), clean, well equipped - and the view is just marvelous!

Cons:

I’d appreciate a dish towel and a dish drying rack.

Great place to relax!
Pros:

The property was very big and comfortable with two sleeping areas which was perfect for us and our 11 year old son. It was also nice to have a big space on the last leg of our trip.

Cons:

I think the only thing that was inconvenient but not terrible was the location. It was a 15 min walk to a bus or to the train, and although it doesn’t sound bad, after a long day of walking it was pretty inconvenient. There were plenty of restaurants in the vicinity plus a nice 7-11. It had a V60 for the cffe.

Pros:

We like the space, comfort, cleanliness and beautiful river view. The amenities are modern and functional. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchen is useful.

Cons:

We liked everything. All good. Can't complain.

Pros:

En arrivant l'accueil a été formidable et dans un anglais très correct. Ce séjour a été un réel plaisir fait de bonnes surprises. Nous sommes arrivés dans les horaires de l'happy hour offert avec saké et crackers, assez étonnant et très apprécié. La chambre, ou plutôt l'appartement est de haut standing et assez vaste. la vue sur la rivière Sumida est superbe, de jour comme de nuit. Une bouteille de champagne nous attendait dans le frigo, incroyable, et pour le matin un sachet de café en grains avec le moulin, excellent. Literie confortable, salle de bains grande et impeccable, que du bon. Je tiens surtout a saluer l'extrême gentillesse et disponibilité du personnel. J'y retournerai avec un grand plaisir car bien qu'excentré l'hôtel est très bien placé pour visiter et il se trouve à un peu plus de trente minute de l'aéroport d'Haneda. Parfait pour moi.

Je n'ai pas apprécié le fait de devoir partir malheureusement...
