the room was clean. lay out was convenient and well designed, offering full set of appliances in kitchen. comfortable beds, nice view by the river, plenty of space in the room. not far from the nearest metro station. the staff was helpful and smiley.

Muy bien el apartamento y muy grande aunque esta bien comunicado pero queda lejos de todo
Pros:

No había servicio de desayuno en el hotel, no ofrece este servicio y no hay mucha oferta en los alrededores, por lo que es mejor comprar y hacerlo tu mismo en el apartamento.

Cons:

La distancia con el centro de Japón y que nos insistieran a las 10 en punto de la mañana para que abandonaramos la habitación el día de salida

Pros:

Wir hatten das Zimmer ganz oben und der Ausblick auf den Fluss und die abendlichen Lichter war absolut wunderschön. Wir wurden auch sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Apartment ist geräumig und neuwertig. Die Bahnhaltestellen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind zwar nicht direkt um die Ecke, aber dennoch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem kann man am Fluß schön spazieren gehen oder joggen. Vielen Dank an Ulu Hotel, seine Angestellten und Tokio für die schönen Tage, die wir nicht vergessen werden.

Cons:

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen. Daher kann ich nicht sagen, dass mir etwas nicht gefallen hat. Ich hätte vielleicht nur ein paar Empfehlungen. Es wäre schön, wenn es ein paar Untersätzer und eine Tischdecke gegeben hätte, sodass man die Holztische schont. Außerdem wäre ein Geschirrtuch nicht schlecht.

excellent stay
Pros:

This was an excellent place to end our trip. The property was a short taxi ride from Tokyo Station, in a quiet residential area beside the river. It was also close to a train station and several convenience stores.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our suite was spacious, with an excellent kitchen, a dining area and two bedrooms, although we found the beds quite firm. There was one toilet and a separate shower room, with plenty of space for everyone. We also had access to a rooftop terrace with amazing views.

Overall, it was a wonderful and relaxing end to our stay in Japan.

お盆時期で混雑している中でも非常にリーズナブルに泊まれました。

Cons:

一見、綺麗ですが備え付けのソファの生地だったりクッションは、やはり使い回しなので汚れが気になりました。
また空気清浄機もホコリまみれと少し清潔感は劣るかなぁと言う印象でした。

An excellent hotel to stay for family.
Pros:

We had a great 5 nights stay at Ulu Hotel.
- Large apartment hotel.
- Very helpful and attentive staff
- 7-8 minutes walk to the station
- Excellent river view

Cons:

- The air conditioning was not working which was fixed immediately.
- Also, there was construction noise next door which was out of the hotel staff’s control. To compensate, we were able to check out a lot later which was so helpful for us.
