Location
The place is clean, comfortable，WiFi is fast, location is good. The staff provided the area map around the hotel including all the important information such as where to eat, laundry, attractions etc, which is very helpful. However, the house keeping forgot to clean our room the second day in our stay, which left us with no clean towels and toilet paper, I talked to the front office, she immediately brought me all the items. Overall, a great stay.
Very good stay. Clean and everything near by. We carry little clothes so the coin laundry across street was awesome. 7/11 near by and at least 2 restaurants on same block. Felt very safe. Recommend you go see lalita cafe. Don’t leave Chiang Rai without see that cafe. Staff and service was great.

This is a 3 star hotel that was very clean. The bathroom was big and clean. It is about a 15 minute walk to the night market. There is a laundry across the street and convenience stores within a 10 minute walk. Massage vendors are a 15 minute walk, as well as many restaurants.
We would stay here again
Centrally located modern stay. Good value. My only complaint is that the window faces a hall way and people can see in when the curtain is open. The curtains are thick and gray so if you don’t have them open you can’t have natural light. This could easily be fixed if they put a lighter translucent curtain as well.

Good position with walking distance to bazaar. Booked 3 double bed rooms. Only 2 were available on check in.
Was only in chiang rai for 1 night, but the hotel was clean and bathroom very big for a hotel. Comfortable bed. Only a 10 minute walk from the night markets and plenty of dining options close by. Epuld stay here again.
The Property is a duel-purpose one. A Hostel style room as well full service Rooms. Both are clean and well maintained.
The Staff are efficient and friendly.
You are within walking distance of the inner city attractions like the Clock Tower, Night Bazzar and Walking Street.

Basic facilities but it was all very clean and safe. Room was spacious and bathroom was good. No on-site dining options but there is food locally. Easily walkable around central Chiang Rai.
Overpriced for what's offered. It's basically a guesthouse with no amenities to speak of.
