Otelin her yerinde afyona özgü içilebilir maden sularını bulmayı çok isterdim. Mesela çeşme olsa her an oradan faydalansak ücretsiz şekilde çok iyi olurdu. Sadece minibara koymuşlar her yerde olmalıydı. Yine kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde sarı yapay içecekler yerine maden suları olmalıydı. Elektrikli şarj olsun havuzlar olsun on numara beş yıldız

Personeller gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlüydüler ancak banyoda bulunması gereken malzemeler çok eksikti ancak bizzat istersem veriliyordu odaların rengi son derece kasvetli tınlar kullanılmış ve genel olarak kullanılan malzeme kaliteli değildi genel olarak eksikler mevcuttu

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Not clean and they don’t care about guest satisfaction.guest relation department doesn’t care any issues.

Pros:

We stayed at the property on last week of January. Hotel is new and nice. It was pleasure to have separate pools and spa for ladies and gents. Hotel is designed for relaxation. We were happy to get massage. Both Selma and Nertan are very experienced professional on body and face care. We will certainly go back to this hotel.
