The location was excellent. Very close to the station, shopping, Sensoji temple and easy to get to sky tree. The room was a good size and included a small kitchen and a washer/dryer. We were also given a key chain which we were asked to find a cherry blossom for and they encased it in resin this was a very nice gesture to remember our stay at cherry blossom time. The staff were extremely helpful.

Cleaners and front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient.
- Air con unit malfunctioned and beeped incessantly at 4am, waking us up. For the price we paid, I’d expect a refund for the ruined night. Having young kids woken at 4am ruined our night and the following day
- There are not really two bathrooms as advertised. There is only one toilet plus two showers (one of which is a bath). The toilet is inconveniently located next to the front door far away from the main bedroom
- There were multiple stains on the carpet and the room was worn out. This is not the cleaners’ fault - it is either inconsiderate guests or poor maintenance
- No storage such as shelves or drawers to unpack clothes except a few hangers
- No clothes rack for wet clothes so had to use the dryer which took 5 hours
- No dishwasher and a poorly stocked kitchen.
This was a 3 star hotel and not worth the price
Great location by Asakusa station and only a short walk in pretty much any direction to get food. The staff were very welcoming, introduced the hotel really well and were there to help at any time.
There was nothing really not to like about the hotel.
This is more of a serviced apartment than a traditional hotel, so expectations should align with that. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is excellent. The space is comfortable and well-suited for longer stays, especially with family.
We felt that for the price being paid, more attentive or deeper cleaning would have made the experience even better.

It is apartment hotel with all comfort of home. Its location in Asakusa is good. Close to all the main attractions and it is a street away from Sumida river. It has culture and nature around. Also good cafes and places to eat.
Hotel is right next to a train station with its train tracks close to the building. You can hear the trains passing by especially with windows open. I am ok with it.
receptionist meraviglioso, gentilissimo ed accogliente, ci hanno preparato loro anche i moduli per la spedizione dei bagagli (servizio ottimo). Suite con due camere da letto perfetta, la lavasciuga dentro alla suite un servizio OTTIMO !

It was spacious, the kitchen was well equipped and the laundry machine in unit was convenient. The location is also very convenient. We will be staying again in April.
It didn't feel as clean. It needed a really good vacuum especially the sofa.
