sympathique, bon déjeuner. Gérant très aidant.
Pros:

hôtel très agréable, petit déjeuner très bien. Personnel très sympathique, nous a aidé à organiser nos activités. Peut être un peu cher sur cet aspect. le gérant est un peu francophone ce qui aide beaucoup.

Cons:

je pensais l'hôtel plus proche de l'eau, il est toutefois très proche de l'entrée du parc. On s'est un peu perdu quand il a fallut revenir par notre propre moyen, mais objectivement c'est tout de même facile.

Super friendly and available staff

Cons:

Room 1 had no privacy it was facing the yard where all staff and guests had access, including the reception. I didn't mind much but for most people this could be a problem as you'd have to keep the curtain closed. I would recommend a room in the floor above

Bien ubicado y buen trato.
Pros:

Personal estupendo, muy amable y servicial. Bien ubicado cerca de la entrada del parque y del centro de Tortuguero, muy cómodo para moverse. Habitaciones muy limpias. El desayuno estupendo.

Cons:

El entorno es muy ruidoso y era imposible conciliar el sueño en la habitación desde bien entrada la madrugada. Los cantos de gallos de las casas que están al lado del hotel comienzan bien pronto sobre las 03 horas de la mañana y así durante horas circunstancia que ocurrió igualmente en las dos noches que nos alojamos.
No es un hotel de 4 estrellas mas bien un aparthotel ya que carece de los servicios propios de un hotel, salvo las habitaciones, los desayunos se sirven en un patio central en el que hay una larga mesa.

No blinds so once it’s morning the whole room gets light. Also it’s not really a 4 star hotel.

Limpio, bien ubicado, trato humano. Es un apartahotel pequeño con desayuno en el centro del pueblo, a un paso del Parque. El desayuno es abundante y variado. Todo se ve limpio y ordenado

Pros:

El personal es súper amable, con recogida de maletas incluida, gracias a Jose, a la llegada del puerto de Tortuguero. Se ubica en la zona del pueblo cercana a la entrada del parque nacional, muy cerca andando a la zona más céntrica y comercial también.

Desde el hotel se encargaron de gestionar varios tours, un paseo nocturno y otro paseo en bote por el parque. Ambos resultaron fantásticos, nuestro guía Bernie fue magnífico, simpático y con un conocimiento sobre animales, flora y cultura que nos ayudó mucho a entender la historia del lugar y a ver y conocer muchas especies de animales distintas en ambos tours.

Por último, destacar también la comodidad de la habitación y un fantástico desayuno típico costarricense cada mañana, muy completo y abundante.

Everything was amazing and we really enjoyed.
Pros:

Amazing place in the jungle with very nice people. Everything was great, good breakfast and very nice and clean room.
We booked boat and hking tours at the hotel and had a very good guide.
