Pros:

Moderne, gut ausgestattete große Zimmer mit bestem Komfort. Nespresso Kaffeemaschine in den Zimmern. Parkplatz. Preis/Leistungsverhältnis an den Wochenenden.

Cons:

Parkplatz sollte draußen 5 Euro pro Tag kosten. Hierher kommt aber jeder mit dem Auto, darum ist es eine Preiserhöhung.

Good price and space, but the photos are misleading

The hotel has some clear advantages: a good price, spacious rooms, a convenient parking spot, and a kitchenette equipped with utensils.

​However, we were disappointed because the provided photos did not reflect reality. Some furniture shown in the pictures (like an armchair) was missing from the room, and there was no shower screen in the bathroom, which made using it quite inconvenient. Cleanliness was also an issue—the carpet was dirty and the walls were stained. The place has great potential, but it severely lacks proper maintenance and an honest representation online.

Pros:

Ich war schon häufiger in dem Hotel. Die Ausstattung ist super! Und es ist alles sehr sauber.
Das für den Parkplatz 🅿️ seid einiger Zeit 5 Euro berechnet werden, ist zwar schade, ist aber leider fast überall so.
Super finde ich, dass es eine Möglichkeit zum Laden meines EAuto gibt. Es wurde über die Nacht keine Blockierungsgebühr berechnet.

Cons:

Warum kann mir niemand vom Hotel vorher auf Nachfrage sagen, wie hoch die Kosten zum Laden meines eAuto ist?
Ein Verweis auf eine Webseite wäre ja schon mal was gewesen. Ich hatte den Eindruck, dass das was ich schreibe entweder nicht richtig verstanden oder gelesen wird.
Zur Info ich habe 0,79€/kwh bezahlt (Shell Card).

Leider gibt es weiterhin kein Restaurant, lediglich nur Kleinigkeiten an der Bar.

Zum 3. mal waren wir nun Gast im Hotel Gardner/Candlewood Hotel Neusäß und wir waren wiederum restlos begeistert.
Beginnend ab der Rezeption (sehr nette Dame), unser Zimmer erstmalig im Candlewood Suites (perfekte Ausstattung), zum Frühstück, alles war perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt.

Wie immer in den Hotels. Zu wenig Hacken im Badezimmer.

Sehr moderne Zimmer

Cons:

Könnte etwas besser geputzt werden. Insbesondere der Teppich sollte mal intensiv gereinigt werden. Es scheint als wird nur gesaugt aber nicht wirklich gereinigt.
