Rooms were good and spacious. Poor breakfast
Pros:

Clean and large rooms. Nice comfortable beds

Cons:

1. They didn’t allow any late checkout even though I was willing to pay
2. Breakfast spread was far below par.

Beautiful hotel!!
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic, although the bathroom doors could do with a clean and freshen up with paint.

I would continue to stay there, but would reconsider if house-keeping deteriorated further

Good hotel at excellent rates
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location. Next to St Aloytious college. Fabulous vegetarian restaurant serving street food and other specialities. Nice bar lounge too.

Pros:

The property has hot amazing staffs . Right from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. I would like to stay there again just for the staffs

Cons:

The bedsheets were very old , it was supposed to be white sheets but they look yellow and grey. There were hard water marks everywhere in the bathroom , taps … hotel could invest in treating those smaller things

A great introduction to India
Pros:

We flew to Mangalore and this was our first stop in India. It was fabulous. The room was huge, light and nice view. Bed was huge and bathroom great. All the staff were very friendly and kind to us. The breakfasts had a huge choice of indian, omelette, dhosas, fresh fruit, toast and jam. It was a great place to get over our jet lag. We used the swimming pool and both had a very good pedicure. We didn´t go to the big restaurant but went to the smaller cafe every evening. The food was delicious.

Cons:

Nothing - it was all superb.

Pleasant and responsive staff
Pros:

Responsive and pleasant staff. Hotel had two restaurant's in it. Breakfast spread was decent. Wide corridors. Located on a main road. Toilet, hot water were all good.

Cons:

One of the rooms had a stale odour. Priced slightly above the market.

The hotel really needs to improve its room cleaning service considering they charge a premium price.
Pros:

The location was excellent and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Room cleaning is seriously flawed. The pillows, towels, washbasin and shower door were stained and dirty. When we checked in the previous occupant’s used towel was still in the bathroom. There’s no hand washing soap and no facial tissues. The tables and floors were sticky and unclean. The kettle in the room wasn’t working and we had to ask for it be replaced three times.
