Pros:

Staff was excellent. Welcoming and always extremely helpful, both at the feont desk and at the restaurants.

It was fine since it was a short stay for me
Pros:

Staffs are good. Restaurant is good. Room service is fast

Cons:

Lack in cleanliness. Bath towels are not clean.
Toilet were not white. I found used shampoo bottle

Rooms were good and spacious. Poor breakfast
Pros:

Clean and large rooms. Nice comfortable beds

Cons:

1. They didn’t allow any late checkout even though I was willing to pay
2. Breakfast spread was far below par.

Beautiful hotel!!
Pros:

The rooms are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and super helpful.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic, although the bathroom doors could do with a clean and freshen up with paint.

I would continue to stay there, but would reconsider if house-keeping deteriorated further

Good hotel at excellent rates
Pros:

Lovely hotel in great location. Next to St Aloytious college. Fabulous vegetarian restaurant serving street food and other specialities. Nice bar lounge too.

Pros:

The property has hot amazing staffs . Right from reception, housekeeping, restaurant staff. I would like to stay there again just for the staffs

Cons:

The bedsheets were very old , it was supposed to be white sheets but they look yellow and grey. There were hard water marks everywhere in the bathroom , taps … hotel could invest in treating those smaller things
