Excellent facilities, good staff and good location
Pros:

The rooms are good size and modern.
There are lots of places to eat and drink.
There always lots of staff available and very responsive to any needs from the door staff, reception, restaurant and cleaning team - all were very available and helpful.

Cons:

To improve perhaps there could be a hand towel included in the bathroom? This is very minor but would be a great addition.
