The Sentra Manado

Nearest hotel to the airport, especially for the travelers who arrive late at night.

Muy buen sin ninguna duda. El servicio, la habitación la piscina, comer dentro del hotel muy barato y bueno. Todo muy limpio, y el trato excelente. Si tengo que volver a Manado repetiría sin duda!

We are from Australia and we had early flight at 4am

The Managemnet assigned the room for us on the 5th floor together with a big wedding group
All night kids were running screaming knocking on our door

There was so much noise and we couldn’t sleep.

I went down to reception area and complained to the duty manager who didn’t care.

Please refund me my money
We didn’t sleep all night and were under so much stress

Puntje voor verbetering:
we kregen geen gratis water bij lunch en diner. Het was ook niet de bedoeling dat we dat pakte want dat hoorde bij het buffet en niet bij a la cart.

I think the staff at the Sentra are really outstanding! We had some things that needed attention and they were on it right away. The front desk was exceptionally helpful. They arranged a number of things for us.
Another thing to think about and praise is the food service. Their free breakfast buffet is truly amazing. Because we visit Manado and the surrounding area about every two years to visit her large family, we have ended up staying in quite a few of the area hotels. the Sentra's food is the best of all. And that is saying something. One thing we often order is the Manado porridge, called Bubor Manado among other titles. The Sentra's is the best! Over the course of our month-long trip, we stayed at the Sentra 3 times. We mad friends with the manager, the chef and cook and sevaral waiters. They treated us like royalty honestly. Due to the close proximity to the airport and some of my wife's family, and the excellent excellent service, we now know where we will probably stay on future visits.
One other thing; the Sentra is actually connected to one for the area hospitals if you need medical care quickly.
I highly recommend this property.

The hotel is in a huge complex that also includes a hospital under the control of the same owner. My wife and I were perfectly satisfied with the room, which had a balcony overlooking the parking lot and, beyond it, a cemetery. The free breakfast was fantastic, with a huge spread that included delicious vegan options for picky eaters like us.

Breakfast is great. So many kind of food

Room is big, perhaps the biggest room in any hotels in Manado. Breakfast was delicious and had so many things, national and international food. They even had a coffee machine where you could get cappuccino, latte etc - the best breakfast in Manado hotels. It's quiet and a good place to rest and relax.
