Comfortable stay with courteous staff. Inadequate car parking.
Pros:

Staff was courteous. Room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The location - extremely narrow approach road. Also, car parking not adequate. If there are two cars, extremely difficult to turn the car, or take it out of parking. Part of the driveway is cordoned off by the owner as private property, further restricting space.

Comfortable, affordable and clean stay.
Pros:

Cleanliness, calm and good environment, humble staff

Cons:

In-house Kitchen was missing and you have to go out and get things by yourself. And the location slightly difficult to reach.

But both swiggy/ zomato and google maps helped me to overcome these problems.

It was OK, no tensions.
Pros:

The stay was very calm, the reception guy was very polite and the room and toilet were very clean.

Cons:

The cheapest breakfast I've ever had in any hotel. Maybe it costs 20 rupees. No hotels around, otherwise I'd have gone out. They do not supply toiletries except bathing soap.

Basic amenities missing, it's not a 3 star hotel
Pros:

Clean place

Cons:

There are so many essentials missing..
- no cutlery to eat although they provide the breakfast ( not even a spoon)
- no toilet paper
- no way to make hot drinking water or tea
- no clothes hanger
- location is terrible far away from city centre and tourist places
- unfriendly staff
- 3 persons stayed with same price but the staff denied breakfast for 1 person.
