Pros:

Nothing as auch

Cons:

They are bluffing by mentioning that they are serving continental breakfast rather they are serving 60rs worth breakfast which I felt like a false claim.

The rooms were smelling as if someone peed and the extra mattress that they provided was smelling like anything as if someone peed on it a night before and it was still wet when they sent it to us.

Worst Stay Don't plan

every thing.were worst

Cons:

Bed sheet, blanket and pillows were having curry statins and wash room was not cleaned.
Room was stinking I asked for sir fresheners they asked me it is chargeable.
it's across all room.
they don't have kitchen facilities, so they call you and inform you about this, and take order so that they can get it from some road side unhygienic dhaba over that they don't even serve it open it they will just give newspaper raped food placed in plastic bag with our bowls and Plates making it challanging to eat.

Good stay
Pros:

It was overall a pleasant stay and a good value.
The things I liked: comfortable clean room, nice view from the window, hot water and AC both work well, WiFi was good, friendly staff
The things that could be improved: my room didn’t have a working toilet hose (and also no toilet paper), my room also had some bed sheets that were stained (but they still seemed clean, just a bit unsightly), the dishes/food waste I put outside of the room after meals would sit there for a quite a while sometimes, the breakfast system was a little strange/unorthodox (they call in the morning at an unspecified time to let you know whether breakfast will be a buffet downstairs or ordered from elsewhere), and lastly the Treebo company (not the property specifically) will automatically cancel your booking if you don’t pay a deposit through their website so the listing here on booking.com is somewhat misleading.

Other things to consider: it’s not near many shops or restaurants (zomato/Swiggy is allowed though), it’s about a 40 min drive to the beach, it is a lot closer to varaha lakshmi temple though

Good location. Good value.
Pros:

Close to airport, but nestled away from highway traffic. Good value overall.

Cons:

No restaurant in the facility yet. However, I could find one a 10 minutes walk away.
