Pros:

I booked the hotel from booking.Com when i arrived at hotel night time after 1:00 the man at reception told me my reservation is cancelled.....
And also no empty room for me and no refund my money..... hotel looks good and clean but the staff are not nice!!

Pros:

People in reception are very nice and help us for kindly. Every time you can ask tea or coffee in Lobby, free if charge. The rooms are clean , many restaurant Are near hotel. Breakfast was acceptable.

Very nice stay, great service
Pros:

The hotel staff is fantastic and very helpfull. Palwan and Emir are always ready to help (taking care of car parking, helping to order meals,...). Theay are really looking to service, each time we were sitting outside, they offer us tea.
The breakfast was good although everyday the same plate without any choice.
Room is nice, just our room on street side was a little bit noisy due to traffic.

Cons:

The walk till metro station is not so long but uphill in the evening coming back from walking day in Istanbul was hard.
