Everything was very good. Air conditioning was excellent. The quality felt new & immaculately cared. The location was perfect - next to bus stop, close to convenience stores.
I wish the hotel had English fluent staff in the restaurant & that they had a a full day running restaurant / room service. I wish the bathroom had shelves or perhaps hooks to keep clothes. The rituals toiletries felt adulterated with water, though i could be wrong with this one.

Üçüncü defa geldigim bu otelde . en kötü odayı verdiler. Oysaki ben bu rezervasyonu 10 ay önce yapmıştım . Verilen oda çok kötü ve 4 kişilik ailem için hiç uygun değildi. Ücret karşılığında bile otelin dolu olması nedeniyle oda yükselte yapılamadı . 3 yetişkin 1 çocuk odası bu olmamalı . İyiki 2 gün kaldık . Zaten daha fazla kalamazdık .Bence bu ücrete daha iyi otel bulabilirsiniz . Duş gideri tıkalıydı. Bence onu bir tamir edin .
City Hotel, Dubrovnik
We stayed one night on our way down to Albania, breaking up a long drive, and it was brilliant from start to finish. The location is superb — everything within easy reach, and we still had time for a proper look around before setting off again.
The room was comfortable and spotless, and we had the best night’s sleep we’d had on the road. What really made the stay, though, were the people. Ana-Marija and Denis were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. Ana-Marija had even left chocolates in the room for my wife and daughter — a lovely surprise and a really nice touch. The breakfast staff were just as welcoming, and breakfast itself set us up nicely for the drive ahead.
Highly recommended, whether you’re stopping for one night or staying longer. Thank you all.
