Pros:

Es un lugar bonito. Solo que reservamos la habitación grand y aunque el baño es privado, lo tiene afuera de la habitación. En la descripción no viene esa información. Me hubiera gustado conocer ese detalle previamente.

Por lo demás, es un lugar agradable y muy silencioso, bueno para descansar.

La Srta. Lety muy atenta y amable, excelente ambiente, pude disfrutar de ver la T.V., descansar sin molestias, tuve lugar de estacionamiento, en el baño te dejan shampoo, papel, jabón corporal. El lugar muy accesible para caminar al centro y seguro para regresar en la noche.

Terrible reservación, publicidad engañosa ya que las habitaciones está horribles para el precio,baño comunitario en 3er piso, sin lugar para estacionamiento , de hecho llegué de mi evento a las 2 am y tuve que regresarme a la CDMX debido a falta de lugar para estacionarme

Beware of bathroom situation
Pros:

Beautiful, clean, basic hotel w common kitchen and living area w TV. Beware: private bathrooms are not in the room. They are 2 stories up on the rooftop terrace. Very inconvenient.

Great get away with amazing view
Pros:

I’m always welcomed with a smile, the staff is genuinely friendly and attentive. The place is clean and spacious to relax while in Tepoztlan. The walk to the centro is just a few minutes uphill, and the area is private enough to be away from all the loud noise. The view from the balcony is breathtaking.

Lugar cerca del centro
Pros:

La casa de huéspedes está muy bien ubicada cerca del centro.
Escogimos una habitación de baño compartido, pero hay que considerar que los baños compartidos están dos pisos arriba.
El lugar es PET friendly lo cual para mi gusto no fue tan cómodo, hubo una ocasión que el perrero estaba suelto y no fue tan amigable cuando quería salir de mi habitación.
El personal siempre muy atento.
El lugar solo cuenta con 4 lugares de estacionamiento que se bloquean entre sí.

Pros:

Me gustó muchísimo y la atención genial, casi no pude disfrutar el lugar por la rapidez de mi estancia. No me agradó mucho que el baño estuviera aparte del cuarto por temas de salud, pero pues es como una casa grande y se entiende.

Hola!
En mi experiencia, la persona que te recibe es súper amable, el lugar es tranquilo y limpio, tiene unas vistas espectaculares.
Lo único malo y que no le agrado en nada, fue que en la habitación que rente, el baño estaba afuera y las regaderas hasta arriba 👎 tache ahí eso fue muy feo 🙈
Fuera de ese inconveniente, lo super recomiendo ♥️

Pésimo servicio 😡 llegue tarde a un compromiso porqué no pude sacar mi coche ya que otro estaba en el paso estorbando y en la recepción no sabian de que huesped era... Llegue tarde mi evento y LO PEOR ME TUVE QUE IR EN TAXI PORQUÉ DICHA PERSONA NUNCA LLEGO Y EL HOTEL NO ME DIO SOLUCIÓN.

Fotos engañosas. Baño fuera de la habitación.
Pros:

Las fotos con engañosas. El jardín está descuidado. La habitación que nos tocó tenía el baño afuera. Es decir, teníamos que salir de la habitación para acceder al baño. Eso no estaba en la descripción.
Un precio caro para lo que fue.
Sin embargo la habitación estuvo bien.
