The area around is great if you like partying or bars, but the soundproofing of the room sucks. You can hear the party’s around all night. Shower sucks cause it gives no hot water.

Scammers
This hotel has lost all my belongings and gave my room to other party without my concern. They made my whole experiance horrible and distroyed all my belongings.
When I raised this issue, hotel Manager Giovanca agreed to do a refund of my booking as well as cost of damage of my belongings. They took all my details with reassurance to resolve it and later on denied to escelate this issue. Poor managment and no one take audicity to resolve the issue. Taking legal action against this hotel but don’t choose this hotel if you want to save your privacy & yourself from scammers.

Pros: We reached earlier than the check-in time, and they tried their best to accommodate us. Location is superb, near supermarket, restaurants, and pub. Train station is also near. The cleaning staffs were very kind + the guy who is at the reception at night.

Cons : The African lady at the reception is not welcoming at all. So, it messed our 1st impression of the hotel.
The AC was quite dusty, so we had to switch it off as we were feeling sick. The soundproofing of the room is very, very bad. You can hear everything from the rooms next to you(Snoring/or kinky stuff)

Das Zimmer sah so eng aus einfach das Bett usw die Position einfach unpraktisch auf dem Bild sah es ,,besser und größer" aus also eher eine Illusion .Auf dem Fernseher funktionierte kein Netflix usw. Man konnte sich nicht mit dem Fernseher verbinden damit man überhaupt Internet hat wie es uns gesagt wurde und das Telefon im Schlafzimmer hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Bad war ganz okay dauert einbissien bis warmes Wasser kommt aber sonst okay. Leider keine dicke Wände man musste sich mit anhören was andere im Zimmer treiben…..
Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine haben gut funktioniert und da waren genug Sachen da um sich Tee oder Kaffee vorzubereiten .
Also im großen und Ganze ist die Unterkunft okay es ist nicht so schlimm das Bett war auch gemütlich nur im großen und Ganzen hätte man auf mehr Sachen achten können. Vielleicht lag es nur an unserem Zimmer dass das Telefon oder Fernseher nicht richtig funktionierten usw aber sonst alles gut .

We stayed at the property from October 18th to October 20th, 2024. The website stated that complimentary water would be provided, but when we checked in, we were not given any despite asking multiple times. The staff seemed careless about our request and ultimately provided only one bottle of water for our two-day stay. We had to sleep all night thirsty without drinking water, and since it was late, we could not get water from nearby shops.

Goede locatie, meteen in het centrum. aardig personeel. wel wat luidruchtig in het gebouw zelf. Voor 1 nachtje is het prima.

Het was netjes, wat klein, maar knus en fijne kamer

Nice and clean hotel, but extremly much noise from the restaurant/bar street, very hot room no aircon, very Small room without chair/table. Will never come again.
We had to leave the hotel before time

Kamer wat propperig en sanitair kan beter: de spiegel hangt te hoog, de wc rol te laag en de douche levert ondanks het gordijn een flinke plas water op.
