Great place for family with young kids
Pros:

It’s fantastic for family with young kids, they’re super helpful. Super clean and organised as well. They have a kids corner hence this helps a lot.

The property by its self is super, but I wish I had chosen a Mimaru and Ginza or shibuya instead.
Pros:

We are a family of five. We booked the two BR family suite. The washer dryer in the room was a boon. The room had a great amount of space for the five of us. Though it’s a busy area - no noise - awesome staff - very very helpful

Cons:

House keeping could have been done on a daily basis.
If you’re okay with a ten minute walk to the station to get around Tokyo then awesome. The area is very self contained.

Overall good stay but be aware of luggage transfer
Pros:

Location is good, not on a busy street in ikebukuro, close enough to the subway and convenient stores. Few halal spots around for muslim tourists too. Room is large enough for a family of 5 adults, with functional kitchenette and washer dryer.

Cons:

The beds in the main bedroom was close to the floor. That made it abit difficult to get in and out off. There was no iron in the room, need to request from reception and bring it up to the room with the ironing board when you need to use it.
The biggest disappointment for me is the so called same day luggage transfer. This was the main reason I chose this hotel in the first place. Had asked about it before booking and during check in and was told it can be done. However, no one warned us that it was subject to availability and needed to be booked in advance!! When I did the booking on the 2nd night of our 4 day stay, only then did I find out that they can no longer accommodate my request because it was 'full' and ended up lugging it around to my next destination (5 large bags in Tokyo subway during rush hour to transfer to Shinkansen is no joke!). For me this is something they need to fix, its a feature they advertise and offer their clients to make the hotel different from others so why cap it based on availability? Surely they would be able to confirm with guests at check in and anticipate in advance to avoid turning customers down for this service.

Comfortable stay especially it’s not easy to find such accommodation similar to the likes of a service apartment.
Pros:

Location is well connected to subways to other parts of places to go, food is everywhere and shopping .

Cons:

No gym and onsen.

Pratique et confortable
Pros:
