Not boutique, comfortable, little dated but some issues that need addressing.
Pros:

The price we paid, felt somewhat steep given this wasn't a boutique hotel as stated. Its quite dated and its contactless so no staff around. There were some issues with out room like windows didn't open and in the bathroom the floor tiles near the sink were broken and the edges were extremely sharp, which felt quite dangerous underfoot. We had to cover it with a towel so we didn't cut our feet when brushing teeth etc. This needs to be addressed asap.

While the beds were comfortable, the room itself looked quite tired and overall it did not feel like good value for money.

Easy to find

Cons:

Mouldy windows. Tea bags not in individual packets so have had someone’s hands over them prior to making a cup of tea with them. Breakfast menu limited to three options

Lovely overnight stay, excellent accommodation

Okay it provided a bed for the night.
Cons:

The loo was noisy all night.

The toiletries were impossible to squeeze out of the bottles and so useless.

Clearer instructions on how to use the key box would have helped as I have never used one before

Great value!!
Pros:

This was the most perfectly convenient little stop - we need somewhere to just sleep after exploring and the room was fab. Everything you needed and super warm, all linen included etc which I wasn’t expecting for the fab price! Great value and perfect for exploring Cheltenham, Tetbury, Gloucester etc.
