Great time here, would definitely recommend and come here again as well.
Pros:

Spacious, good bin space for long days of shopping.

Cons:

Tight space between the TV and the table/bench, creating risk of bumping into the TV when trying to get past. Additionally, no spray for bathroom odour.

Excellent option out of Doronburi but close enough to walk in

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was lovely and family friendly.

Cons:

The pillows!!! Worst hotel pillows I’ve slept on in a long time. Please get new pillows Mimaru!

Great Experience in Osaka
Pros:

Location was excellent, walkable to the Dotonbori area, and lots of food options in the area. The staff (especially Kylie & Sandra) was excellent during our stay - they were so helpful and thoughtful. That really made our stay even better.

Pros:

Location is good. Walking distance to a lot of amenities, such as train stations, konbinis and not too far to Dotonbori. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They helped us to arrange luggage transfer to our next destination. Hotel also have some fun trivia games for children.

Our stay was nice, no problem in general except those toiletries which are manageable.
Pros:

The consistency of cleaning our room was very good. Very quiet and nice neighborhood. Staff was very accommodating.

Cons:

Tissue paper was very thin. Cannot be used in wiping wet hands, it will stick to your hands and taking it off was very irritating. Imagine if I used it to other parts of my body. No purpose at all, good thing there’s kitchen towel tissue. Toothpaste was also not good, very small pouch.
