這次全家到大阪旅遊八天七夜都住在這裡，整體體驗非常好。房間乾淨、舒適，服務人員親切，交通和生活機能也很方便，非常適合帶孩子的家庭入住。孩子們也很喜歡，下次來大阪會再考慮入住。

房間整體非常乾淨舒適，空間也很適合一家人入住，住了七個晚上都覺得很舒服。
服務人員們都很親切，也會協助更換毛巾，整理得很完善。孩子們也很喜歡房間，浴室還有浴缸可以泡澡，玩了一整天回來很放鬆。
地點也很方便，走路一兩分鐘就有便利商店，交通和生活機能都很好。

Pros:

地點，走出飯店就有Lawson非常方便，地鐵站也非常近，尤其有電梯，搬運行李非常方便。

Cons:

房間內的餐桌椅（其中兩張）沒有靠背，無法讓人好好坐下來放鬆。還有室內的燈光只有白光，讓人感覺房間沒有很溫馨的氛圍。
如果能改善一下，性價比應該會比較高，不然感覺有點不值那個價格。

Outstanding staff and location!
Pros:

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal for exploring the Shinsaibashi area of Osaka.

Cons:

My only complaint was the stiffness of the mattresses was too hard for my taste. The decor of the room was also a little bit plain, but it had everything we needed to stay for three days.

Comfortable, clean and at a good location
Pros:

There is enough space for my family and my young ones. There were also little games / easter eggs for us to find. It was near a train station and a slightly longer walk to Dotonbori. Very friendly and helpful staff.
