Wonderful location and staff!
Pros:

The only reason I didn't select travelers with pets is I prefer to not stay in hotels that allow pets in all the rooms as I am highly allergic. =) The staff and property manager at Flagstaff Hyatt were exceptional! They went above and beyond to assist us with a reservation we had initially (mistakenly) booked through Booking.com and were absolutely superb in their customer service!

Cons:

We have stayed in ABQ Uptown Hyatt numerous times on our way through the city and each time their breakfast is perfect! I would say that maybe a little more attention to the detail of the breakfast that Flagstaff Hyatt serves would be nice.

Hôtel parfait !
Pros:

Hôtel vraiment super ! Super chambre moderne avec enfin une douche et non une baignoire comme tous les hôtels habituellement aux US. Personnel adorable et chambre très propre et confortable. On a adoré notre séjour à Flagstaff!

I would stay at the Hyatt again for my next trip to Northern AZ!
Pros:

The room was big, and the bed was very comfortable. I especially liked the walk-in shower and the sofa bed. It was also very clean. The Hyatt was also very accommodating to my pet's needs.

Cons:

I wish the breakfast had more variety. I also wish that there were a non-dairy milk option for my coffee in the morning.

Cons:

The hotel is overpriced. It’s next to the cargo railroad and the trains you feel like goes through your room.
The swimming pool is semi heated and small. The breakfast is not good.
