Walls are thin—very loud and rude neighbors—Air Conditioner did not cool—room very warm. Cable TV channels very limited. No restaurant on property for room service

Gorgeous room, poor amenities

Beds were quite comfortable,.the rooms were really clean, everything looked new.

Cons:

No coffee maker in our room, no microwave and breakfast was cut off at exactly 9am the next morning even though the evening staff told us breakfast would be from 8:30 to 10:30am when we checked in. I was turned away at 9:01am even though there was plenty of food left on the cook top and in the bins. The young lady said breakfast was done and started loading everything onto her carts, she wouldn't even let us have a cup of juice or even toast. All we got was a cup of coffee from a separate bar. I will never go here again. The bathroom towels felt like sandpaper and discovering no coffeemaker was the last straw when the website lists it as a part of the room.
