Nice newish facility but the room fragrance was difficult to tolerate.

The extra large TV.

The room smelled very strongly of perfume or "air freshener", which I could hardly stand.
I didn't like not being able to open a window.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.
The fridge wasn't cold enough at the highest setting.

Awesome location to the old town area.
Pros:

The breakfast was great and my wife was excited about the quiche. Your staff is friendly welcoming and knowledgeable of the area. The facility and staff are awesome.

Cons:

The noise I can hear from the neighboring rooms is a little more than I expected. The room doors seem to slam shut and it's a little startling, at first.

The young man that checked me in was polite, and professional.

Cons:

The woman who checked me out was a little uppity, and informed me that because I used a 3rd party booking site I didn't qualify for the free breakfast.

Amazing experience.
Pros:

I absolutely loved every minute of the stay. The morning and night staff were so hospitable. Plus the close proximity to downtown was amazing. This will be my go-to when I’m in Flagstaff.

Cons:

Was told breakfast was included with stay from a staff member I did not eat and my wife had 3 pieces of bacon and they charged me 24 dollars..
