Unsanitary and insisted, with some type of might or flea.

Cons:

The room the sofa and the bed was full of Cat and dog hair. There was some type of insect bites.I don't know if there was fleas or mites or what. They would not switch my room because they didn't have one available.So I was able to get clean sheets, but I had to go pick them up downstairs myself, because they were taking too long to bring them up. I wonder why I will still be bitten throughout the time.The night and didn't sleep well because I have a bad allergies.

Don’t stay here during the hot weather. I also wish I got some of my money back as I had to go buy a fan.
Pros:

Staff was great and place was very clean.

Cons:

How hot it was in the room. We had to put the AC down to 60 and it’s pretty sad I had to purchase a fan to bring the room cooler. I also know other guest experience the same thing.

Perfect
Pros:

Beautiful facility. Very comfortable bedding. Convent to down town and university. Friendly competent staff

Good but could be much better.
Pros:

Room was good size. There was a king bed with sofa. I noticed extra blankets in the closet. TV was about 55" size.

Cons:

$8 parking fee for an open parking lot. I booked the room there just because I got discounted price. Breakfast is $11 if you're not Hyatt member, so I went out to eat.

Paid parking? Open lot, why pay for parking, No hot water, had to leave water running for a while for hot water to come out, a real waste of water.

Nice but with two unexpected things you have to pay for parking and breakfast not included for third party bookings.

Nice newish facility but the room fragrance was difficult to tolerate.
Pros:

Skipped breakfast.
The extra large TV.

Cons:

The room smelled very strongly of perfume or "air freshener", which I could hardly stand.
I didn't like not being able to open a window.
The water pressure in the shower was somewhat low.
The fridge wasn't cold enough at the highest setting.
